Six Rights of Teachers in Teachers Law
The six rights of teachers stipulated in the Teachers Law are: the right to education and teaching, the right to academic research, the right to guidance and evaluation, the right to remuneration and treatment, the right to participate in management, and the right to continue training.

I. Education and the right to education

The right to education and teaching is the most basic right for teachers to engage in educational work. Teachers' job is to educate and train students. If teachers are not guaranteed this right in the process of education, it will be difficult to maintain teacher education.

Second, the right of academic research.

The process of teacher education is also the process of their continuous research and learning. If you want to be a good teacher, you must have the ability of academic research. Moreover, even in the process of education, it is essential to learn from each other and discuss with each other. Teachers have the right to engage in scientific research, academic exchanges and join professional academic groups in education.

Third, correctly guide the evaluation.

Teachers are in a dominant position in the educational process. The teacher's job is to help students study and guide them to practice. In this process, students will inevitably have a series of problems, and teachers should also give some guidance and evaluation when students have problems.

Fourth, the right to remuneration and treatment.

Every job should be paid accordingly. Although the profession of teachers is lofty, teachers are also ordinary people and need to live. Teachers' remuneration is also an affirmation and encouragement to teachers' work. Therefore, remuneration and treatment are indispensable rights in work.

V. Right to participate in management

The right to participate in management is the embodiment of citizens' democratic rights under the specific profession of teachers. The right to participate in management, also known as democratic management, means that teachers have the right to "put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of school education, teaching, management and education administrative departments."

The right to participate in the democratic management of the school through the staff congress or other forms. It should be noted here that if there is a "staff congress" in the title, the first thing that should be thought of is the right of teachers to participate in management.

The right of intransitive verbs to receive further training

The right of continuing training is the most representative of teachers' professional rights. The right to receive continuing education and training means that teachers have the right to participate in continuing education or other forms of training.
