1. Newcomer exam, a newcomer with zero foundation, can only take the exam after systematic skill training, especially young people who want to have a better development in the fitness industry. Mastering professional fitness skills is the first priority.
2. An old coach with certain working experience, capable of working and mastering professional fitness skills. If he wants to get the certificate quickly, he can attend a special certificate training institution and only train the contents of the certificate examination. Moreover, the old coach has a foundation and can master the contents of the certificate well.
3. For some students in physical education colleges, if they want to get the fitness instructor certificate, they can take the certificate examination organized by the school. But the problem of this kind of students is that they have theoretical knowledge but lack practical ability.
