Cixi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is the functional department of the municipal government, in charge of the city's human resources and social security. It is affiliated to Cixi Employment Management Service Office, Cixi Talent Market Management Office, Cixi Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Service Center (Cixi Talent Training Center), Cixi Social Labor Insurance Office (located in Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Social Security Office), Cixi Urban Workers Medical Insurance Management Center, Cixi Urban and Rural Residents Medical Security Management Center, Cixi Labor Security Supervision Brigade, Cixi Vocational and Technical Training Appraisal Center (co-located with the office of the Municipal Training Committee), Cixi Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Institute, Cixi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Window Management Service and Information Center (Cixi Social Security Card Management Service Center) and other ten units and a deputy bureau-level institution, Cixi Municipal Social Insurance Office.
