For example, preparing lessons collectively, and then finishing class, we will unconsciously improve our teaching level in this process; There are also professors giving lectures or classroom discussions, which are very timely exchanges; We can even make some friends and communicate face to face. In a word, learning and communication enable us to learn more knowledge, get more ideas and make more like-minded friends. We should take reading as a spiritual journey for life. During the training, a teacher said that Jews are very smart and business-minded. Third, the development direction of Chinese teaching
In the future, I will make Chinese teaching simple, practical and interesting. First of all, we should put the Chinese teacher in a correct position in the teaching process, just like driving a car. Teachers should be in the position of "co-pilot", let students "imitate middle school and learn in practice", give students the initiative and form a good habit of active learning. Secondly, pay attention to reading, writing and memory in the teaching process, and pay attention to the accumulation of basic vocabulary. Finally, it is about writing. At present, students pay too much attention to the gorgeous and beautiful words in the article and ignore the authenticity and practicality of the content itself. At present, our junior high school writing is limited to narrative, but more students end up writing "four unlike", like narrative and prose. In the future composition teaching, I will encourage students to write their true feelings. Even if your language is not beautiful enough, it is a good article that can touch the hearts of readers. I will use the listener's method to let the students read the composition to me and other students. How did Ye Shengtao educate his son to write?
