5. Visa fee
Applicants who have participated in the APS audit interview do not need to pay the visa fee, because the visa fee has been included in the audit visa fee charged by the German overseas student audit department. Participants in the TestAS test, purely artistic visa applicants with unconditional admission notices, need to pay a visa fee of 60 euros.

The German government also has different tax exemption regulations for special products such as cigarettes and alcohol:
Currency: International students can bring any amount of RMB, USD or other currencies and gold into Germany without declaration, and these currencies can be freely exchanged in Germany without restrictions.
Cigarettes: The quantity of tobacco that German inbound passengers can carry is 200 cigarettes or 100 cigars, 250 grams of tobacco or 50 cigars.
Liquor: The weight of alcoholic products that German inbound passengers can carry is 1 liter of liquor with temperature above 22 degrees or 2 liters of liquor with temperature below 22 degrees, 2 liters of drinks with toasts and 2 liters of ordinary wine.
Coffee and tea: The weight of coffee and tea products that German inbound passengers can carry is 500g coffee powder or 200g espresso, 100g tea or 40g espresso.
Other products: Other products that German inbound passengers can carry weigh 50 grams of perfume or 0.25 liters of toilet water.
4. Tariffs
If the above limit is exceeded, you need to declare and pay import tax.
Note that when calculating, the tax will not be calculated according to the value you exceed, but according to the total value of the goods. For example, if your computer is 500 Euros, the excess will not be calculated as 70 Euros, but based on 500 Euros. Calculation when exceeding the limit: you have the invoice at this time, otherwise the customs will evaluate it by itself! Customs has two calculation methods:
(1) If the total value does not exceed 700 euros, a total price will be given. The tax rate is 17.5%. The preferential tax rate is 15%, which is only applicable to customs preferential products purchased in developing countries. (2) If the customs does not use the above method to calculate tax, it will calculate tax according to Tarif. Including customs duties, consumption tax and import business tax.
