Domestic service engineering training program
With China's economic and social development and the improvement of people's living standards, the domestic service industry has developed rapidly and has become one of the important industries to improve people's livelihood and quality of life. In order to speed up the construction of domestic service system, help laid-off workers and migrant workers achieve employment, improve social employment rate, standardize domestic service behavior and improve the quality of domestic service, this outline is formulated in combination with the actual situation of domestic workers in China.

I. Training tasks

The training of domestic service attendants aims to make people who have no knowledge of domestic service master the basic theoretical knowledge and service skills of domestic service through training, and quickly become competent for the service work of ordinary families.

Second, the training object

China citizens who are healthy and ready to engage in domestic service can participate in the training of domestic attendants, male age 16 and below 55, female age 16 and above 50.

Third, training methods and class hours

Adopt the training mode of combining centralized training with self-study and unified examination. See table 1 for the ratio of centralized training to self-study hours.

Full score 100, in which: 25 points for basic theory, written examination (multiple choice questions, true or false questions, essay questions); Professional skills are 75 points, and the assessment method is set according to the assessment standard. The total score is over 60, the basic theory score is not less than 15, and the professional skill score is not less than 45.

Knowing the basic requirements and working steps of family room cleanliness can make the room clean and tidy, and the kitchen and bathroom clean and odorless;

Can identify clothing fabrics, scientifically and reasonably classify and wash (by washing machine or hand according to clothing characteristics), dry and collect.

Can use general household appliances (TV, refrigerator, electric fan, rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, electric water heater) and gas appliance (gas water heater, gas stove);

Know how to raise common flowers and common family pets;

Master the basic knowledge of pest control (such as killing cockroaches, flies and mice);

Master the basic skills of nursing parturient and newborn;

Mastering the physiological and psychological characteristics of infants can safely care for infants;

Can carry out diet and daily care for the elderly.

Can carry on the simple life nursing to the patient.

(2) Training requirements

1. Organize teachers and conduct training. Teachers should understand the teaching requirements of training and the characteristics of students, compile necessary teaching reference materials, and make all the preparations for training.

2. Make relevant training plans according to this outline. The training plan should include the following parts: preface; Purpose and task; Training objectives and number of people; Time and place of training; Training content and hours; Examination and graduation; Key points of special lectures and related matters needing attention.

3. After the training, report the training materials of the domestic helper training class. The training materials of the training course include: training plan, teaching reference materials, teachers' situation (including unit, name, age, gender, position or title), students' situation (including name, gender, age, nationality, occupation, education level, time as a domestic servant, etc. ), training summary and other related materials.
