Formulate training standards and design training courses, organize and manage the construction of teaching resources, guide and manage the training process, and organize relevant evaluations;

Responsible for the daily work of the National RTVU Continuing Education Cooperation Conference. Carry out theoretical research on continuing education, and carry out academic exchanges and cooperation activities on continuing education projects within the national TV University system;

Responsible for the construction and management of the continuing education base of Central Radio and TV University;
