During the training these days, I not only listened to the special lectures that benefited me a lot, but also got together with other university student village officials to learn and exchange work information and communicate with each other. I have gained more knowledge and experience, effectively improved my familiarity, theoretical level and standardized management level, and further enhanced my confidence and determination to overcome difficulties and do a good job. It also gave me an opportunity to jump out of the countryside and see the countryside, and comprehensively compared the position of my village in the village-level development, which made me think about the way and significance of building beautiful countryside from a higher level, not limited to the village where I work and the hometown where I live.
In addition, based on years of work experience, three outstanding village party secretaries taught different ways to build beautiful countryside in northern Anhui plain, Jianghuai land and southern Anhui mountainous area, as well as how to apply knowledge to the construction of beautiful countryside, how to do mass work well, how to handle the relationship with leaders and how to start a business. These bits and pieces of work experience have provided me with a good "prescription", but how to make good use of these "prescriptions" still needs my efforts and exploration in practice.
In my opinion, the construction of beautiful countryside is not only manifested in the external construction at the village level, such as changing houses and changing emblems, hardening and lighting roads, improving environmental sanitation and supporting facilities, but also bringing practical convenience to the villagers, developing industries that are in line with village conditions and people's feelings, and bringing considerable economic income and happiness. To achieve this goal, we must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of villagers to actively participate in the construction and win the support of party member, cadres and all sectors of society.
Combined with the study of Shen Hao spirit and the development course and experience of Xiaogang village where the training course is located, I think that as the first secretary of the village party organization, to promote the construction of beautiful countryside, we should do the following:
First of all, we must win respect. "It's hard to strike while the iron is hot." In daily life and work, we should take the lead in completing various tasks, especially in the face of key and difficult topics, we should take the initiative, not shrink back, set an example, and win the recognition and respect of the masses.
The second is to perform duties. As the first secretary, we should unite the cadres of the two committees, communicate the relationship between village-level organizations and their superiors, serve the people in party member, and handle the relationship between cadres and the masses. For the existing problems, we should seriously improve the implementation, do not avoid delays, and perform the duties of the person in charge of the village-level party organization.
Finally, we should make a good development plan. It is necessary to further tap the rich advantages of natural resources in Beiyu Mountain area, establish professional cooperatives such as breeding, tea, bamboo and camellia oleifera, turn their advantages into driving forces for development, make full use of their young and knowledgeable characteristics, actively improve the quality of related products, expand marketing channels and promote the continuous increase of people's income. Only when the people's pockets are bulging can the construction of beautiful countryside be truly supported by the people, the infrastructure can be properly maintained, and it can continue to play its role after full delivery.
Of course, I am only the first secretary of the village party branch, but I will work hard and study hard in this ordinary post, improve my comprehensive quality and working ability in practice, and enhance my sense of responsibility, mission and urgency. I think, no matter what setbacks you encounter, as long as you have a firm belief and a positive mental state, with the support of the two committees, you will be able to overcome all difficulties. The eyes of the masses are discerning and their feelings are simple. As long as I do practical things for the masses, serve them wholeheartedly and bring warmth, change and benefits to them, the masses will spontaneously participate in and support the construction of beautiful countryside.
