During my internship, I learned a lot, encountered some difficulties, and saw many problems in myself.
I feel that as a teacher, especially the head teacher, it is not something that can be done overnight to collectively manage a class of fifty or sixty students. The time and spirit invested are like water in the sea, which cannot be measured. Every student has his own personality, hobbies and weaknesses. It is difficult to teach every student to be an excellent student! So the teacher's job is "one minute on stage, ten years off stage." It is no exaggeration to use it to describe it.
When I first boarded the platform, I was inevitably nervous and flustered. Fortunately, the teacher's guidance gave me great support and encouragement. Sometimes the classroom discipline is very chaotic. If it weren't for the tutor's maintenance, I really couldn't finish a class smoothly. Sometimes the exercises I write for students are too difficult, and the instructor points them out to me one by one, teaching me how to correct them and how to guide students. Every step, the instructor will analyze and explain in detail. From the comparison between my own class and the teacher's teaching process, I see many shortcomings: my expression is not rich enough, my language is not fluent, my voice is too low, I don't grasp the key points, I don't know how to attract students to attend classes, I don't guide students to think, I don't organize students to discuss, and my blackboard writing is not standardized ... Although my internship situation is so embarrassing, my determination to become a teacher is more determined because of the active cooperation of students and the support of teachers.
Nowadays, primary school students are more open-minded and have a strong curiosity and thirst for knowledge about new things and new problems. The attention of junior students is easily diverted. Teachers should make full use of all kinds of teaching media as vividly as possible when giving them lectures, but they can't keep talking. More importantly, we should constantly guide and inspire them, let them find problems, solve problems through group cooperation, and let students really learn knowledge and master learning methods.
I think I am more patient with primary school students, and I also find from their childish words that primary school students like to be praised, to attract others' attention, to show their own advantages, but not to be bound. Therefore, teachers usually restrain other students by praising some good students, so that other students can learn from them and create a good learning atmosphere.
Through this internship, I benefited a lot from my tutor's words and deeds. Their guidance is like a spring breeze, melting in my heart and making me feel like a spring breeze. It really means, "It's better to study for ten years than to listen to you." There are also 52 exquisite faces in Class Three (3), which also left a deep impression on me. Their laughter and every move are clearly imprinted on my mind.
The internship gave me a long and substantial open class leading to another stage of my life, which I will never forget.
internship summary
Now we have returned to school and devoted ourselves to our normal study life. Looking back on this trip to Nanjing, I still remember it vividly and feel that I have gained a lot. The production practice lasted for two weeks, and the practice place was Nanjing Port Co., Ltd. On the first day of coming to Nanjing, we had a brief rest and began to "go to work" the next day. The main content of the first day is to know about the listed company Nanjing Port Co., Ltd., which was established on September 28th, 20001year. It mainly stores, transits and transports petroleum and chemical raw materials. The company is the terminal of the Luning Line. As Nanjing Port is an oil port and a first-class fire prevention unit, the unit has arranged safety education for our new recruits, which is of great benefit to our students majoring in oil and gas storage and transportation. On the same day, senior oil storage professionals were arranged to exchange experiences with us, from which we learned a lot of issues that we were interested in. The next day, we learned more about the technological process, survey and overall layout of Nanjing Port Co., Ltd., and got a better understanding of the company's general situation.
In the next six days, we visited the pump house (oil storage and transportation team, chemical storage and transportation team), docks (608#, 6 10#, 6 12#), power supply, water supply, gas supply, steam supply system, safety facilities, fire fighting equipment and environmental protection facilities in Nanjing Port Area. Nanjing Port * * * has 16 wharf with a total length of 5,000, two anchorages and three berthing bases. 16 wharf, including production wharf 13, 3 workboat wharves and 6 wharves above 10,000 tons. Shore wharf mainly stops at seagoing ships and trestle floating wharf. Pipelines are used to transport petroleum and chemical raw materials in the port area, but not all pipelines are used to transport oil products. The red pipeline is a fire-fighting pipeline, the blue pipeline is a compressed air pipeline, the yellow pipeline is a nitrogen pipeline, and the green pipeline is a water pipe. There are various valves on the pipeline, such as ball valves, gate valves and globe valves. When we visited the wharf, we also met the oil delivery arms and learned about their structures and working conditions. Tank farm pump house is divided into oil products and chemical products. There are five external floating roof tanks for oil products, and the largest 50,000 cubic meters, 20,000 cubic meters and 30,000 cubic meters oil tanks have two each. On the same day, we boarded the roof of F322 and got a comprehensive understanding of the external floating roof fuel tank. Each floating roof has 72 floating roof columns. Pillars keep a certain distance between the floating roof and the tank bottom, which is generally1.5m-1.8m. We also have an intuitive understanding of the air cabin, guide posts, sinkholes and emergency drain valves. We also visited the chemical industrial zone.
