One: Physical Fitness Competition Schedule

China Physics Olympics is a mass extracurricular subject competition under the leadership of China Association for Science and Technology, sponsored by China Physics Society and voluntarily participated by all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Two: How to prepare for the competition

High school physics competition is a long-term and high-input activity. If you decide to take the road of competition, the sooner you prepare, the better.

1) Preparation for Senior Three and Senior One: At this stage, I mainly study (self-study) the basic content of physics+competition in senior high school, which is difficult in the college entrance examination, and test myself with the college entrance examination. At this stage, the mainstream way for competition students is to participate in training and class, which has obvious effects;

2) Senior One Foundation+Summer Improvement: At this stage, we mainly study physics to consolidate the difficulty of college entrance examination, systematically study competition tutorials and pay attention to experiments. This stage is mainly to participate in training and classes, and the effect is obvious and direct;

3) Senior two promotion+summer sprint: This stage is mainly to learn the difficult competition courses of the semi-finals and systematically study college physics. This stage is mainly for candidates to teach themselves and attend classes, that is, the effect of stage training varies from person to person;

Physical competition knowledge is mainly divided into "four majors and one small", and theoretical knowledge is mainly: mechanics, heat, electromagnetism and optics. Based on these knowledge points, there are also knowledge of relativity and modern physics. As a foundation, we also need a small amount of analysis and appropriate calculus concepts, as well as a very solid high school mathematics foundation.
