China Soong Ching Ling Youth Science and Technology Cultural Exchange Center is a national demonstration experimental platform to carry forward Soong Ching Ling's spirit, lead and serve the growth of young people, and it is an open and pragmatic platform for Chinese and foreign young people to exchange, understand, experience, communicate, cooperate and show their elegance. The center consists of five business departments: Experience Center, Art Center, Preschool Education Center (Kindergarten), Performing Arts Center and Exchange Center (Luo Shiwen Exchange Camp).

Experience center

The experience center is located on the first to fourth floors of the main building and is divided into four different themes: enlightenment, enlightenment, creativity and national quintessence. For young children, build an experiential education platform with six systems: science and technology, art, culture, sports, nature education and social interaction.

Located on the fifth and sixth floors of the main building, it offers artistic majors such as instrumental music, vocal music, dance, drama, drama and art.

Pre-school education center (kindergarten)

The performing arts center is located in the southeast of the main building, with a construction area of 3750. The auditorium is divided into upper and lower floors and can accommodate 733 people. The performing arts center has established a long-term cooperative relationship with well-known children's organizations, and carried out performances and seminars focusing on children's drama, children's film and television and children's artistic practice, providing integrated drama education and performance services for the improvement of young people's artistic literacy and artistic level.

Luo Shiwen Exchange Camp ("Luo Shiwen" is the transliteration of Soong Ching Ling's English name Rosamonde) is located on the east side of the 7th-9th floors of the main building, with a total area of 8,000m2. Provide high-quality communication space and facilities for youth exchanges, which are divided into three parts: accommodation area, conference area and dining area.
