Application conditions for project contract manager:

(1) All people and citizens in China, who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, engage in engineering project services in construction enterprises and institutions, graduate from colleges and universities, meet the registration requirements of engineering contract managers (junior, middle and senior), participate in relevant courses training for engineering contract managers, and hold the hours certificate issued by the training institution authorized by cettic.

(two) to participate in the senior engineering contract manager examination, in addition to meeting the basic conditions of the above (a), it must also meet one of the following conditions:

1. Obtained a doctorate (including equivalent academic qualifications) and worked in project management or project contract management for 1 year.

2 to obtain a master's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in project management or project contract management for 2 years.

3. Obtain a bachelor's degree and have been engaged in project management or project contract management for 4 years.

4. Get a college degree and have been engaged in project management or project contract management for 6 years.

5. Obtain the professional qualification certificate of intermediate project contract manager and have been engaged in project contract management for 3 years.

6. Obtain the professional qualification certificate of first-class project contract manager and have been engaged in project contract management for 6 years.

(three) to participate in the intermediate project contract manager examination, in addition to meeting the basic conditions of the above (a), it must also meet one of the following conditions:

1. Those who have obtained a doctorate (including equivalent education).

2. Obtain a master's degree (including equivalent academic qualifications) and have been engaged in project management or project contract management for 1 year.

3. Obtain a bachelor's degree and have been engaged in project management or project contract management for 3 years.

4. Get a college degree and have been engaged in project management or project contract management for 4 years.

5. Obtain the professional qualification certificate of junior project contract manager and have been engaged in project contract management for 3 years.

(four) to participate in the primary project contract manager examination, in addition to meeting the basic conditions of the above (a), it must also meet one of the following conditions:

1. Obtained college and undergraduate education and worked as an engineer for 6 months.

2. Obtain technical secondary school education and have been engaged in engineering work or project contract management for 2 years.

The requirements for academic qualifications in the above registration conditions refer to the official academic qualifications recognized by the national education administrative department. Work experience refers to the sum of the working hours of the applicant before and after obtaining the education required for project management or project contract management and related work. Residents from Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province who apply to take the project contracting manager examination shall submit their identity certificates, academic qualifications or degree certificates recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council, and practice certificates. Taiwan Province residents also need to submit mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.
