According to the four clients, the "Five Ones" work objectives of volunteer service are formulated, namely, building a community volunteer contact network, setting up a volunteer training school, setting up a full-time and part-time volunteer training team, cultivating a number of excellent volunteer service projects, and forming a set of volunteer work management mechanism. After 10 years of development, all the above goals have been achieved, and the volunteer service center has provided more than 50,000 people with condolences and help to the elderly, the destitute, the disabled and the left-behind children in the community.
Two, the implementation of the "123" management model, consolidate the foundation of voluntary service. In order to do a good job in the basic management of volunteers, the Volunteer Service Center has set up the office of Volunteers' Federation, and through the implementation of the "123" management model, the basic work of volunteer service is ensured to be carried out in a solid manner. The first is to create a volunteer registration process; Second, it refers to two basic tasks: liaison with voluntary service organizations and return visits by volunteers; The third refers to the creation of three publicity tools, namely: community volunteer network forum, community volunteer service WeChat official account, Jingwei youth tabloid. Up to now, the Office of Volunteer Service Federation has recruited 1646 volunteers, formed 5 volunteer forces and formed 22 community volunteer service teams.
Third, build characteristic volunteer projects and play the role of service platform hub. Changqing Jingwei Garden Community has continuously strengthened the "organization, project and mechanism" construction of volunteer service, and opened 35 volunteer service projects in ten categories, including colorful huts, love banks, helping the elderly, literature and art entering the community, and volunteer training. At the same time, as a volunteer service base for learning from Lei Feng in Shaanxi Province, the community has actively played the pivotal role of volunteer service organizations, and has now become a volunteer service base for more than ten universities, governments and social enterprises such as Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Gaoling District Committee and xi 'an Beilin Pharmaceutical. The introduction of these social service resources has played a positive role in realizing the goal of "filial piety, helping parents to teach their children, sharing worries for enterprises and promoting community harmony" in the mining area.
There are many tourist attractions such as Gaolingchang Agricultural Culture Ecological Sightseeing Industrial Park, Xi 'an Gaoling Kistler Museum, Yangguanzhai Site, Jingwei Wetland Nature Reserve and Longchang Temple Site near Changqing Jingwei Garden Community. And there are specialties such as Gengzhen radish, Jingwei fresh jujube, Laotongjia preserved mutton, Gaoling cross steamed buns, Gaoling winter jujube and so on.
