The steps are as follows:
(1) If IE crashes when logging in, please download and install this file first (file download). After the installation is successful, please login again (please refer to this operation when installing page prompts during login). If there are still problems, please proceed to the next step.
(2) Completely uninstall some network tools such as "Internet Assistant" or "Internet Companion", and then restart the computer. Try again when you are finished.

Third, face-to-face instruction by famous teachers cannot be used normally.
1. If a blank page appears:
Select "Don't block advertisements on the current website" and "Don't block plug-ins on the current website" in "Block ..." in the Internet Assistant. Please order the courseware directly after completion. If not, please proceed to the next step (other blocking software will have the same problem, such as sogou Toolbar and Google Toolbar).
2. The software can't be used normally:
(1) Download "Delete MST Player", run-> and click "Delete". If the prompt is wrong, please restart your computer and try again. Please order the courseware directly after completion, if not, please proceed to the next step.
(2) First, open Add and Remove Programs to uninstall and delete Mstwebplayer. If not, please continue to the next step.
(3) Turn on anti-virus software or firewall, and turn off or cancel all functions related to web script or ActiveX plug-in monitoring. If you use Rising antivirus software, please follow the following steps: Open Rising main program-> Click Detailed Settings-> Click Computer Monitoring-> Remove the check before "Use Web Monitoring" on the right-> Click OK-> Restart the computer (please find the relevant settings of other antivirus software and turn off the relevant options). When finished, move on to the next step.
(4) Delete all the contents in the "Download Program Files" folder under the WINNT or WINDOWS directory of disk C, and delete the "mstplayer" folder under the WINNT or WINDOWS directory at the same time. When finished, move on to the next step.
(5) Open IE browser, click Tools, Internet Options and User-defined Level to enable all the first five items. And delete temporary files and Cookies, and log in again. When finished, move on to the next step.
(6) Directly open face-to-face courses for famous teachers. If it doesn't work properly, please reinstall the operating system.
(7) If "parameter error" is prompted when opening the courseware, as shown in the figure below, please download and install IE6.0.
(8) When WinXP system is upgraded to SP2, it cannot be used normally.
Open the "Tools" menu of IE browser-> "internet options"->; "privacy"->; "Settings" (as shown). Set the filter level to "Low: ..." and then turn on the Internet option-> "Advanced", select all three items in the picture, and finally click "OK".
3. When playing the course, you will be prompted "Unable to establish a connection with the server"
Check whether there is network video acceleration software in the machine, such as PPLIVE, and then uninstall it.
