I am honored to speak at the graduation ceremony of this seminar as a student representative.

After leaving the university campus for nearly three years, I was lucky enough to walk into the classroom again to learn to charge, and I felt like a spring breeze. On Wednesday, I received a phone call from Zhang, Minister of Human Resources, inviting me to speak at the graduation ceremony. The study at the seminar really gained a lot of new knowledge and updated many new ideas, but as a speech exchange itself, it is not an easy task. Although I have been worried these days, I didn't know what to say until last night. The task has yet to be completed, so I chose two points to share with you:

First, study.

Learning should be a very complicated behavioral process. It is not enough to rely on books alone, nor is it enough to learn from others. The integration of learning and practical perception is a complete learning process.

All of you who were hired by Zhejiang University of Technology to attend our seminar spoke very well, but I thought I spoke very well at that time, and I felt good when I came back. I also had the psychology of paying attention to practice in my work, but once I entered the work, this good feeling was unconsciously "vanished". I think this is because management is an art, not a science, and this kind of art can only be produced in concrete practice, and it is impossible to learn it in books and classrooms. The role of books and classrooms is more about inspiration and enlightenment. So as to form art faster and better in concrete practice, which is irreplaceable. So learning through books and classes is still the most effective way. The seminar is over, but our study is not over yet. Combining what you have learned this time with practice is the real completion of your study.

Second, innovation.

Yesterday, the XX West Expo Hangzhou West Lake District Innovation Conference was held in the Great Hall of the People. The conference introduced the general situation of West Lake District, scientific and technological innovation and investment attraction, and also commended and rewarded advanced units and individuals such as scientific and technological innovation and technological progress. Our company was also awarded the honorary title of "Key Innovation Project".

The xx conference just ended some time ago. In the report of xx Congress, * * used the word "innovation" in 56 places, such as: practical innovation, scientific research method innovation, independent innovation, innovative activities, innovative development concepts and so on. This shows that the government has raised the innovation work to a very high level.

2 1 century is constant, well said. This seminar has a special innovation management course, and many courses also focus on innovation. The reason why carp is cute is because there is a story about carp yue longmen. Carp doesn't jump the dragon gate, which is a hollow reputation. If we can't face the challenge, we will be eliminated. In a competitive society, we always have to meet challenges, so we must innovate and keep going against the current. Innovation is a combination of unintentional and intentional. Keeping an innovative heart at work will certainly bring different gains. Of course, innovation is bound to fail, and a large part will fail. I hope the leaders can give full tolerance and support.

The company is like a cow. I'm Cowherd. When the cows are released, I can drink milk and get paid. Cowboys can only live a good life by studying and working hard to raise cows and produce more milk. Here, I wish our company more and more prosperity with the economic development of China.
