In order to improve Party B's comprehensive quality and professional skills, Party A encourages and supports Party B to participate in various training activities organized and held by the company (including overseas study tours organized by the company). At the same time, in order to ensure that Party B can successfully complete the study and training and realize the common development of both parties. First, the training content

Article 1 Party A shall provide training and study for Party B according to the needs of the post, and the way shall be arranged by Party A according to the actual needs.

Second, training costs.

Article 3 Party A shall be responsible for and bear the necessary expenses for Party B to accept this study and inspection, including:

1. Travel expenses and accommodation expenses of Party B during the study tour;

2. Living allowance for Party B's study.

The above standard of travel expenses and subsidies shall be implemented according to the company's travel regulations, and shall be settled according to the actual bill after the company's financial audit.

Article 4 The expenses incurred by Party B due to personal needs, as well as the expenses not incurred in this study and inspection, shall be borne by Party B itself.

Third, the service period.

Article 5 Party A shall support Party B to participate in the study and inspection as agreed. Party B shall ensure that the service period with Party A after attending the training is not less than two years, counting from the date of returning to work after study and inspection. If the term of the labor contract signed by both parties is shorter than the service term agreed in this agreement, the term of the labor contract will automatically extend until the service term agreed in this agreement expires.

Four. Rights and obligations of Party A

Article 6 Party A has the right to independently decide the learning and inspection process of Party B according to the company's operating conditions;

Article 7 Party A has the right to decide the training process of Party B according to the phased training effect of Party B. If the training effect is not good, Party A has the right to terminate this agreement immediately.

Liability for breach of contract of intransitive verbs

Article 11 If Party B violates Party A's regulations or damages Party A's image and interests during the training period, all training expenses shall be borne by Party B. If losses are caused to Party A, Party B shall also compensate corresponding losses.

Article 12 If Party B unilaterally suspends training, cancels the training agreement or terminates the labor contract during the training period, and Party B fails to perform the service period agreement due to personal reasons, or Party A cancels or terminates the labor contract due to Party B's serious dereliction of duty or violation of the terms of the labor contract, Party B shall not only refund all the study, inspection and travel expenses actually paid by Party A, but also compensate Party A for the losses caused thereby.

Article 13 If Party B fails to comply with the requirements of Party A's service period after receiving the training, Party B shall pay compensation for training fees, travel expenses and other expenses to Party A according to the principle of equal decreasing month by month. Seven. Termination and dissolution of the agreement

Article 14 Both parties may change, terminate or dissolve this Agreement in advance through consultation.

Article 15 If Party B commits any of the following acts, Party A may unilaterally terminate or dissolve this Agreement and require Party B to return all training and travel expenses:

1. During the training period, Party B was punished or repatriated by the training unit for violating the management regulations of local/training institutions, or the training unit requested Party A to recall Party B;

2. During the training period, Party B commits illegal or irregular acts;

3. Party B has any behavior that harms the interests of Party A. ..
