As a novice, I constantly challenge myself and break through myself in adapting to the company atmosphere, cooperating with colleagues and improving my work ability, so that I can make a smooth transition from a novice to a qualified professional who finds a quasi-career direction and goal.

In the career development period, the biggest challenge is upward communication and management. At that time, I couldn't communicate well with the leaders, which made my career development take a detour for at least one year. Fortunately, I didn't give up and found my own way out, such as attending management training, consulting professionals in the industry, looking at myself from a higher perspective and breaking through the bottleneck quickly, before I was promoted to manager smoothly.

At the end of 20 18, I jumped to a fortune 500 company and became a senior marketing manager. I am not as happy as I thought, but more anxious. I was anxious about the complicated situation at that time, including the realization of personal value, the balance between family and work, and felt that the middle-aged crisis had arrived, and I was very powerless and helpless. That is, the anxiety at that time prompted me to discover the career planning industry, which helped me solve the problems at this stage with the help of professional career planners, and also made me see more possibilities in life.

People's life will go through growth, exploration, development and maturity. In different periods and different spaces, our roles have different responsibilities, but each role in each period is interactive.
