(1) Operators must be specially trained to operate on the computer. Operators must be familiar with the functions and functions of buttons on each operation panel and be able to operate buttons and switches correctly.

(2) The operation shall be carried out according to the prescribed procedures, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited, so as to avoid equipment accidents and damage caused by program errors.

(3) The main machine is forbidden to run at high speed without base paper, so as to prevent the corrugated roller from being damaged due to the direct collision of teeth.

(4) Remove the sundries in the pulp barrel at any time in the production process to prevent the pulp return pump from idling. Keep the pulp box clean and free of dry pulp.

(5) Before starting the machine, the compressed air system must be started first, so as to avoid damaging the corrugated roller due to vibration without locking force.

(6) Before starting the operation, ensure that the gear coupling of the driving part is connected in place to avoid damaging the gear coupling.

(7) This machine is high-temperature operation equipment. Flammable and explosive articles are strictly prohibited from approaching the equipment. At the same time, avoid skin contact with hot parts when feeding paper to prevent burns.

(8) Pay attention to regularly check the equipment fasteners to prevent them from loosening and falling off, causing unnecessary equipment damage.

(9) Strictly prevent foreign objects, especially hard objects, from entering the equipment, causing equipment damage. Be careful not to put the repaired screws, washers and tools on the equipment and in the aisle to avoid being brought into the equipment by vibration.

(10) When paper feeding is blocked, it is forbidden to use iron bars to assist paper feeding, so as to avoid being transferred to the running roller and causing equipment accidents.

(1 1) Check the lubrication condition frequently to prevent the bearing from burning out due to oil cut-off.

(12) Operators must wear work clothes, and it is forbidden to wear shorts, vests and slippers, and to distribute or wear clothes to avoid accidents such as scalding or being dragged into the machine.

(13) In order to prevent the influence of thermal deformation, the heating and cooling of the running roller should be carried out at a low speed, so as to shorten the downtime during work and reduce the deformation of the roller.

(14) Always check cables and wires, do not touch the moving parts of the equipment, and cut off the power supply after shutdown.
