Feature 1: The training of young teachers is "education-oriented and teacher-oriented". Sixth Middle School pays attention to the construction of teachers, especially the cultivation of young teachers. Starting from 1988, the school will carry out intensive training for newly assigned college students every year for two years. Up to now, fourteen training courses have been held continuously.
