Classification of network car (at present, the network car generally adopts the following three pricing methods):
First, the traditional taxi meter: use the traditional taxi meter that is widely used now for pricing and settlement; 2. Vehicle-mounted terminal: the vehicles connected to the network car platform are priced and settled according to the vehicle-mounted terminal; 3. Mobile phone terminal: drivers and passengers' terminals (such as mobile phones) are connected with the network car platform, and the mileage and time calculated by the terminal are transmitted to the network car platform in real time, and the network car platform carries out pricing and settlement according to the mileage and time information. The taxi meter used in the first pricing method is now subject to compulsory verification according to the requirements of JJG5 17-2009 taxi meter.
The second and third pricing methods are based on the position and time information data given by satellite navigation systems (Beidou, GPS, etc.). The navigation terminal (mobile phone terminal or vehicle terminal) is used as the original basic data, and the final price is calculated according to certain charging rules through the network car platform.
At present, the online car platform basically collects the driver's client positioning information as the main data source of taxi algorithm. The mileage and time calculated by the platform can be directly used for the trade settlement of online car, and the accuracy of mileage and time is directly related to the vital interests of the people.
Log: I counted more than half of the orders. In terms of logarithmic test, in this comparative test, the logarithmic error range of 1 100 test is between-1.3%-18.6%, while the logarithmic error required by the specification is -4% ~+ 1. According to the test, it is easy to have large deviation in urban canyons and tunnels.
There are 30 taxi mistakes that do not meet the requirements of the specification. The three platforms that do not meet the requirements of the specification are: the first car (5 times), the trip to Cao Cao (5 times), and the Shenma special car (5 times). Whether it is within the standard or not, positive deviation will lead to overcharge of consumers. In the test of 1 10, the meter showed 57 positive deviations, and the three platforms with the most times were Shenma special car (9 times), Didi Chuxing (8 times) and Cao Cao Chuxing (8 times). Among them, the eight tests with the largest positive deviation of the meter will lead consumers to overcharge 0.5-4.8 yuan, accounting for about 1-6.5% of the total order amount.
Timing: There is a high probability that domestic special cars will be overcharged. In terms of timing, the timing error range of 1 10 test is between -57s and 58s. Does the specification require timing error? 1.5s, there are 35 timing errors that do not meet the requirements.
Specifically, the four platforms where the timing error does not meet the specification requirements the most times are: Shenzhou Special Vehicle (1 1 time), Zebra Fast Running (7 times), the first car about the car (6 times) and Cao Cao Travel (6 times).
In the test of 1 10, there were 40 times of positive timing deviation that caused consumers to be overcharged. The five platforms with the most positive deviations were: Shenzhou special car (1 1 time), Zebra express (7 times), first car ride (6 times) and Cao Cao trip (6 times).
Last year14 the complaint involved a billing dispute. It is understood that in 2020, Shanghai Consumer Protection Committee * * * accepted 586 consumer complaints related to online car rental, of which 1/4 involved billing disputes. For individual consumers, the economic loss caused by inaccurate billing of a single order may not be intuitive, but due to the huge number of car orders in Shanghai, it will cause huge losses to consumers in the long run.
In this regard, the Consumer Protection Committee put forward three suggestions. First of all, it is suggested that the relevant regulatory authorities strengthen the training of online car-sharing enterprises, calibrate the system regularly, and promote the revision and optimization of relevant industry standards, regulations and norms. Secondly, it is suggested that network car companies should strengthen technical research and optimize the upgrade algorithm, especially for special scenes such as tunnels and urban canyons, so as to improve the accuracy of taxi timing, which should not only meet the requirements of standards, but also aim at not infringing consumers' interests.
