Yang Weidong, male, was born in 1935, Longchuan County, Guangdong Province. 1950 joined the China People's Liberation Army, and won the second class merit in the army, and was awarded the certificate of meritorious service by the Central South Military Region. After changing jobs, he was awarded the model demobilized soldier medal, the martyr's family medal of honor, and the socialist construction activist of demobilized soldiers. 1956 went to work in Xinjiang and studied in the training class for accounting cadres of the finance department of the autonomous region. He worked as an accountant and technician in Wensu County People's Government, Public Security Bureau, Aksu County Committee, Aksu Hongxing Iron and Steel Plant, Aksu Refinery, Kuqa Oil Company and other units. 1965, he served as chief accountant, vice chairman of the trade union and member of the party branch in Tianshan Forest Farm, Kuqa County. 1984 participated in correspondence study of industrial accounting major in Shenyang Yuhong College.
