1. The auxiliary facilities such as pipe network and valves in the area where the factory and related offices belong shall designate relevant responsible persons, and conduct regular antifreeze inspection.

2. Do a good job of personal antifreeze and warmth. Cold and warm measures should be taken in cold workplaces, and wind sheds or greenhouses should be fortified for outdoor operations.

3, all equipment downtime must strictly implement anti-freezing measures.

(2) Anti-skid related safety measures:

1. When going up and down stairs (steps) or ladders, be sure to hold the ladder by hand and climb it step by step. It is forbidden to cross or run upward.

2. When using a ladder, the angle between the ladder and the ground should be 75 degrees. Ladders without hooks should be held by someone at work.

3, strengthen the maintenance and management of production equipment, to prevent running, running, dripping, leakage, resulting in ground water.

4, strictly abide by labor discipline, no slapstick, slapstick at work, in case of slip and fall.

5. Corresponding protection should be provided in the area below the pipeline to prevent ice from falling and slipping.

6. If there is water on the ground and stairs, relevant measures such as salt sprinkling should be taken to deal with it, and ice and water should not exist on the stairs and steps.
