Second, the scope and conditions of introduction

1. Our city is in urgent need of graduates with master's degree or above (including returned graduate students certified by the Ministry of Education).
2. The following persons shall not be registered:

(2) Staff of public institutions (listed as recruitment targets) or civil servants who have not completed the minimum service period during the probation period.
(3) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been expelled from public office.
(4) Persons who are found to have serious violations of recruitment and employment disciplines such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants or public recruitment of public institutions, and are in the prohibition period.
(5) Persons who have been expelled from the Party membership in China.
(6) Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law.
(7) Bayannaoer civil servants, staff members of institutions managed according to the Civil Service Law, staff members of institutions (except No.48), and those who have resigned or been dismissed from administrative institutions in this Municipality in the past five years.

(2) Conditions for introduction
The introduction of talents shall meet the following conditions in addition to the conditions listed in the catalogue of talents introduction needs in our city:
1. has China nationality and abides by the Constitution and laws.
2. Have good ideological and political quality and moral quality, good conduct, honesty and trustworthiness, and no bad professional ethics record.
3. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post, and have good interpersonal communication, language expression and organization and coordination skills.
4. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
5. Age requirements: Master students are under 35 years old (1985 (inclusive) born after June 5) and doctoral students are under 40 years old (1980 (inclusive) born after June 5). If the employer has special requirements, the contents in the post table shall prevail.
Third, introduce the procedure.
(1) Registration and prequalification
From the date of the announcement, all graduates who meet the introduction conditions and job requirements must download and fill in the Application Form for Introducing High-level Talents in Bayannaoer City in 2023 (Annex 2), and submit the application form and academic degree certificate from 8:00 on June 10 to June 2 1 2023. 3. Comprehensive evaluation. On the basis of the primary election, the organization, human and social departments and talent introduction units will conduct evaluation.
(3) Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination
The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the civil service physical examination. The competent department is responsible for the implementation of the physical examination, and it is required to go to a general hospital above Grade 3A for physical examination within the specified time, and issue a physical examination conclusion.
