That depends on whether your name appears in the new rural cooperative medical system. If your name is in the system, you can apply. Specific policies vary from place to place. We are rural non-agricultural registered permanent residence, and we can also participate in rural medical insurance in agricultural registered permanent residence, and we can reimburse them.
