Social sports instructors are an important guiding force for the development of social sports. However, due to the short development time of social sports instructors in China, there are some problems such as low quality, unreasonable structure of instructors, unclear classification and imperfect laws and regulations. Through the analysis of the above problems, this paper explores ways and methods to improve the existing problems, promotes the development of social sports instructors, and thus promotes the popularization and progress of social sports.

Social sports instructors are an important force to promote the development of social sports and mass sports. With the improvement of people's living standards in our country, the material needs are basically met, the spiritual needs are improved, and the demand for sports instructors is increasing. However, the development of social sports instructors in China is short, and there are still many shortcomings. This paper analyzes the present situation and shortcomings of the development of sports instructors, and probes into the ways of perfection and development, so as to promote the development of social sports instructors and social sports in China.
First, the shortcomings in the development of social instructors in China
1, the quality of social sports instructors is not high.
At present, China's sports instructors are developing rapidly and the number of employees is increasing, but there are problems in the quality of personnel. China's national standard for social sports instructors requires that the education level of social sports instructors should be above junior high school, but in reality there are many sports instructors with junior high school education level. Moreover, many social sports instructors do not conduct follow-up training after obtaining the instructor qualification. With the development of society, there are some deficiencies in the guiding concept and level of counselors.
2. The structure of social sports instructors is unreasonable.
1) has a high age structure. According to relevant statistics, the age ratio of social sports instructors in China is high, and many social sports instructors are middle-aged and elderly, but the demand for social sports guidance is opposite at present. The increasing demand of teenagers for social sports instructors reflects the unreasonable age structure of instructors at present.
2) The educational hierarchy is low. The standard of social sports instructors in China is to require social sports instructors to have a junior high school education or above. Although the educational level of some social sports instructors is lower than the standard requirements, it is related to social development and the proportion is low. And our requirements for social sports instructors should not only meet the minimum standards, but also cultivate highly educated instructors. At present, under different educational levels, the proportion of sports instructors who graduated from sports majors is also low. It can be found that the educational level structure of social sports instructors is low, which hinders the development of social sports.
3) Social sports instructors with low grade structure and short working years are graded, and the proportion of national level is less than one fifth, which shows that the current grade structure of sports instructors in China is unreasonable. In addition, there is a problem that social sports instructors in China generally have a short service life, and many of them are only part-time. The lack of experienced full-time social sports instructors is not conducive to the popularization and development of social sports.
4) Unreasonable regional distribution structure Based on the imbalance of regional economic development in China, the awareness level of developing sports in many areas of China is also unbalanced, and the development of social sports instructors in some areas is also different. Geographically, the number of social sports instructors in the eastern region is higher than that in the western region. From the perspective of urban and rural areas, the number of social sports instructors in cities is not only higher than that in rural areas, but also the quality of instructors is generally higher than that in rural areas. However, the rural population accounts for the majority of the national population, and the development of rural social sports has an important impact on the development of sports in China, so the problems existing in rural social sports instructors need to be improved urgently.
3. The classification of social sports instructors is not clear enough.
In China, social sports instructors are divided into national level and first, second and third levels, but there is no specific sports category, which can not meet the needs of different sports categories and is not conducive to the development of social sports. On the one hand, the level of social sports instructors is divided according to their own professional ability, but it is not suitable for the guidance of social sports. The object of social sports instructors' physical exercise is basically to exercise and improve their physical fitness. As a result, the professional level of instructors is generally not high, and the level of instructors is not the most important. On the other hand, each coach may have different sports preferences, such as football, basketball, track and field, etc. However, social sports instructors do not divide sports categories.
4. The laws and regulations are not perfect and the management is chaotic.
The development of social sports in China is relatively short, and relevant professional norms and laws and regulations are being gradually formulated, which has played an important role in the development of social sports instructors and the promotion of social sports, but it is still not perfect at present, and the relevant management system also has many shortcomings. At present, social sports instructors are mainly supervised and managed by the sports department, but the sports department is not the specific management unit of social sports instructors, which leads to unclear division of management authority and cross-management, resulting in the problem of inadequate management. Some administrative departments lack management and supervision over the work of social sports instructors in this area, which leads to the spontaneity and blindness of many social sports instructors. At the same time, this has also led to the ineffective supervision of professional ethics of some social sports instructors, and violations of law and discipline have occurred from time to time. In addition, at present, many people lack a correct understanding of the industry of social instructors, and the salary of sports instructors has not been standardized. Many graduates majoring in physical education are unwilling to be social sports instructors. 5. The training mode and content are unscientific. The development time of social sports instructors in China is short, and they also lack guidance in practice. On the one hand, many social sports instructors ignore the role of follow-up training after obtaining qualifications. At present, China's training mode is self-study at grade two or three, and then examination. At the national level and the first level, the State Sports General Administration and the competent departments of various regions organize centralized training, and there are many contents learned in a short time, which the instructors can't digest. In addition, because the training frequency is less, the number of people training each time is less, and the course content is mainly theoretical knowledge, which is not conducive to the development of social sports instructors.
Second, the development of social sports instructors countermeasures
1, optimize the quality and structure of the team.
Although the number of sports instructors in China has reached a certain scale, compared with western countries, the number of social instructors in China is still relatively small, and we still need to cultivate and improve the number of sports instructors. Therefore, the small number, low quality and unreasonable structure of social sports instructors are important factors that hinder the development of social sports instructors in China. In view of the problem of small number and low quality of social sports instructors, on the one hand, we should strengthen school education and cultivate excellent sports talents. The society should improve the salary of sports instructors, strengthen the publicity of their importance, improve their social status and promote outstanding talents to enter this industry. On the other hand, in the face of employees, vocational training should be carried out to continuously improve the professional level of lecturers. In view of the unreasonable structure of social sports instructors, it is necessary to speed up the training of young talents and optimize the age structure of the team. Secondly, it is necessary to improve the awareness of sports in economically backward areas and implement the concept of national fitness. At the same time, through the excellent teachers and equipment in colleges and universities, we can cultivate social sports guidance professionals and optimize the academic structure.
2. Refine the categories of social sports instructors
At present, social sports instructors in China only have grades, and there is no distinction between project categories. In addition to grading, social sports instructors should also be classified according to the objects they know, such as guiding children, teenagers and the elderly. In addition, instructors have different personal preferences for sports events, but social sports instructors cannot be good at every event. Therefore, social sports instructors should be divided according to the categories of sports events.
3. Improve the training system for social sports instructors.
Training plays an important role in any industry. At present, there are still many problems in the training of social sports instructors in China, which affect the training effect. Therefore, the training of social sports instructors should formulate a reasonable training scheme and mechanism. First of all, we should set up a special management organization to organize training activities, formulate training plans, evaluate training effects, and regularly review the qualifications and guiding behaviors of sports instructors. In terms of training times, we should appropriately increase the number of trainees and improve the training effect, but we should not become a mere formality, which will burden the daily work of sports instructors. Secondly, in the training content, we should pay attention to theoretical knowledge, and combine practice with theory while imparting new teaching concepts and teaching methods to students. Finally, in the assessment of training effect, a scientific and reasonable assessment scheme should be formulated.
4. Improve the management system of social sports instructors.
The healthy and orderly development of the industry depends on the improvement of the management system. To promote the professional development of social sports instructors in China, it is necessary to establish a reasonable industry management system. On the one hand, the relevant departments should formulate and improve the professional ethics of social sports instructors and relevant laws and regulations, and restrain and standardize the behavior of sports instructors. On the other hand, it is necessary to define or establish a special management department to manage and supervise social sports instructors and punish those who violate the law. In addition, we should give full play to the role of the masses, encourage the society to report violations of laws and regulations, and relevant departments should promptly investigate and deal with them to promote the healthy and orderly development of the social sports instructor industry.
Three. Concluding remarks
Social sports instructors are important promoters of national fitness and play a key role in improving national physical fitness. However, there are still many shortcomings in the development of social sports instructors in China. Optimizing the quality and structure of the team, refining the categories of social sports instructors, perfecting the training system of social sports instructors and perfecting the management system of social sports instructors are important ways to improve the present situation, promote the development of social sports and provide important guidance for the management of social sports instructors. We should constantly discover the problems existing in the development of social sports instructors, analyze the problems, explore measures to improve and solve the problems, build a team of high-quality social sports instructors, promote the development of social sports in China, and enhance the overall quality of the people.
