How to do well the training of factory employees
The training of ordinary employees can be divided into the following three parts:

1. induction training: the personnel department is responsible for the training before entering the workshop, including company profile, corporate culture, rules and regulations, holidays, attendance, welfare, accommodation arrangements, safety knowledge, employee manuals, etc. It takes 2 days to 1 week, depending on the number of trainers in the factory. Regarding the system training, it is suggested to organize a written test (a few days later) to strengthen the effect and provide evidence for the training work of enterprises (lest individual employees deny having received training).

2. Pre-job training: The production department is responsible for the training after entering the workshop, including necessary product knowledge, employee operation skills, operation instructions, post quality awareness and requirements, 5S standards, workshop and post safety precautions, workshop discipline requirements, organizational structure, etc.

3. On-the-job training: OJT, which aims at improving employees' skills, is generally implemented by the personnel department and the production department, including general training plan, advanced training for employees, promotion qualification training, English computer training and other personal skills training.

4. Others: it can cultivate employees' sense of ownership, work etiquette and teamwork ability. Serve the enterprise according to the necessary degree.

The above introduction is for your reference. Enterprise training will eventually create benefits for enterprises. Remember that all training work should be centered on this and gradually promoted according to the actual needs of enterprises. Of course, a strict training system needs to be established in this process.
