I. Application conditions

To apply for the technical qualification certificate for filling and releasing hydrogen balloons and airships in Jiangxi Province, the following conditions must be met:

(1) Having the qualification of a legal person.

(2) Having a professional team for filling and releasing hydrogen balloons and airships. The number of filling and releasing personnel shall not be less than three, and the professional filling, releasing and managing personnel must hold the fire safety training certificate issued by the competent meteorological department at or above the prefecture (city) level in Jiangxi Province.

(three) one of the managers must have a professional engineer or above, and have more than three years of work experience.

Second, the declaration procedure.

(1) Units engaged in the filling and release of commercial hydrogen balloons and airships shall first receive the Application Form for Technical Qualification of Filling and Release of Commercial Hydrogen Balloons and Airships in Jiangxi Province from the local Municipal Meteorological Bureau and fill it out as required.

Fourth, the annual qualification examination system.

Annual inspection shall be undertaken by the local meteorological authorities from June 5438 to February every year.
