Hospital skills training experience 1
I came to the hospital a few months ago and started my training career. As a training nurse, I study hard in the hospital, so that I can acquire solid professional theoretical knowledge and skilled nursing operation skills. Although this period of time is short, it is very important for everyone we train. I cherish this period of time, the opportunity of daily exercise and self-improvement, and the rare mentoring relationship with teachers.
I was trained in a hospital, and of course I thank the school for giving me this opportunity to get close to doctors and patients and feel what a nurse should do. I really learned a lot here, gained knowledge, technology, experience and friendship, and I was deeply touched.
I. Training process
I remember when I first entered the ward, I always felt overwhelmed. At that time, I was in a relatively unfamiliar state with nursing work, and I didn't have a clear concept of what I could do in such a new environment. As for how to be a qualified training nurse, although the teacher has given us thousands of instructions, I am still uneasy, afraid of being unsuitable, afraid of being scolded by the teacher, afraid of being inferior to others, afraid of not knowing where to start, and really afraid to start. ...
When I first started training, I was assigned to the operating room, and I felt particularly stressed. It was really a big challenge for me. And we little nurses are always following the teacher's _ _, especially serious, never letting go of every detail of the teacher's operation, and some even take notes and ask the teacher in time if they don't understand. Fortunately, we have a teacher to introduce us to the work of each class, and the rich experience of the teacher also makes us interns quickly adapt to the nursing work of various departments in the hospital. Being able to adapt to the hospital environment as soon as possible and be familiar with all kinds of simple nursing work has laid a good foundation for training and work in the hospital, which should be regarded as the first harvest in the training stage.
During the training in the hospital, I changed departments every month, and gradually realized that the work of nurses is very heavy. The work of nurses is indeed fragmentary, messy and even humble, but through the incomprehension of most people, I found that nurses have their unique charm. Hospitals cannot be without nurses, doctors cannot be without nurses, patients cannot be without nurses, and the whole environment cannot be without nurses. This shows the importance of nurses. And we are one of them, and we are responsible for the patient's life, which requires us to concentrate on our work and not make mistakes, because a little carelessness may destroy a life innocently. Of course, as a nurse, you must have good communication skills. Communication is an art, it is a bridge to build understanding and trust between people. Whether we can communicate or not will not only affect our lives, but also affect our work. Therefore, we should communicate with our heart, communicate with patients with sincerity, try our best to satisfy patients, establish a good nurse-patient relationship, and give patients care. This is not only responsible for patients, but also for yourself.
When going to ward for training, patients are the ones who have the most contact, and they know more about various diseases. The most important thing is that I have mastered all kinds of basic nursing operations. The ultimate goal of training is to cultivate good operating skills and improve the ability of nursing work. On the basis of the teacher's careful guidance, I always strive for every opportunity to exercise, such as needle insertion, intravenous infusion, catheterization, gastric tube insertion, automatic gastric lavage and other basic nursing operations. At the same time, I constantly enrich my clinical theoretical knowledge, actively think about various problems, humbly ask the teacher for advice if I don't understand, take knowledge notes, and better strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinic.
Most of the training departments in the hospital are general wards, and I follow experienced nurses. When I take the teacher to take care of the patients, I will also observe the patients' condition and improve my understanding of their diseases. At the same time, I will often chat with patients to please their mood, so as to exercise our ability to apply what we have learned. Generally speaking, the gains during the training period are: the nursing operation skills have been improved, the level of disease awareness has risen, the nursing work has gradually become proficient, and good study habits have been formed. By thinking, we can draw inferences from others. I have established a good relationship with patients in a short time, which makes me feel a little reluctant to leave. Here, I not only really learned knowledge, but also understood some truths: be practical and work hard!
During the training, I rented a house near the hospital. I felt very hard at first and I was not used to it. Later, I gradually learned how to take care of my daily life and take care of myself. Then later, my mother was still worried and took care of me. I am very grateful to my mother for everything she has done for me, and I am also very grateful to my mother for taking care of me so hard for so long and paying so much for me. I'm glad I learned so much in the hospital and didn't live up to their expectations. I am very happy. Of course, I hope to find a better job and become a qualified nurse in the future, and I also hope to be their pride in the future.
Second, the training experience
During this short training period, I have gained a lot, and I can't express it in words, at least I can't accurately and clearly express my feelings of benefiting a lot. In a word, these eight months are a process of adaptation, with many shortcomings to be improved and many concepts to be revised. Although I am very hard and tired, I believe I can beat them. In short, I thank the hospital for training me bit by bit. I will take a more active working attitude, more solid operating skills and more profound theoretical knowledge, and go to my respective posts to improve my clinical nursing ability and do my best for the nursing cause! In the training, I learned to treat every patient with good morality. Nurse is angels in white, it is our duty to save lives, so we should have good professional ethics. I hope I can become a qualified and excellent nightingale! Do everything a nurse should do with love, patience, carefulness and responsibility.
Third, the training summary
In the process of training, I realized that it is not easy to be a nurse, and it is even more difficult to be a qualified, excellent and quality nurse. Therefore, in the future study and life, I will constantly enrich myself, improve myself, and let myself have more professional knowledge and professionalism. Only in this way can I become a qualified nurse in a patient's mind.
Although the training time is long, it is inevitable to feel tired, but this time has given me great gains. In addition to practical work and study, the expansion of interpersonal relationships and the diversity of workplace culture have also benefited me a lot from participating in some activities. I think this full life will be an unforgettable time in my life.
Experience of hospital skill training II
Just one year's training life is coming to an end. Looking back on the dribs and drabs of this period, although I can't say that I am passionate, I have paid a lot of effort and I am inevitably excited. It's really sad to leave the teachers who led us into the ranks of doctors, but all things must come to an end. This time, the difference is that we can get together better next time. Our first experience as a doctor will never be forgotten. Here, I make a small summary of my work and study in the past year, hoping to find some advantages and disadvantages and increase my experience for future study and work.
Clinical training is the consolidation and strengthening of theoretical learning stage, the cultivation and exercise of clinical skill operation, and our pre-job training. Although this period of time is short, it is very important to each of us. We cherish this time, cherish the opportunity of daily exercise and self-improvement, and cherish this rare mentoring relationship with teachers.
When I first entered the ward, I always felt at a loss I am in a relatively unfamiliar state with my clinical work, and I still don't have a formed concept of what I can do in such a new environment. Fortunately, some teachers introduced us to various departments, introduced some rules and regulations, the responsibilities of doctors at all levels and so on. And teach teachers rich experience, so that we can quickly adapt to the clinical work of various departments in the hospital. Being able to adapt to the hospital environment as soon as possible has laid a good foundation for training and work in the hospital, which should be regarded as a harvest in the training stage: learning to adapt and learn to grow and survive in the new environment.
In ward training, I have the most contacts with patients, a deeper understanding of diseases and a thorough grasp of basic skills. The ultimate goal of training is to cultivate good operation skills and improve various diagnosis and treatment skills. Therefore, under the teaching principle of "let go, don't look around, don't worry about looking around", actively strive for every exercise opportunity, at the same time, constantly enrich your clinical theoretical knowledge, actively think about various problems, humbly ask the teaching teacher or other teachers for questions you don't understand, and take knowledge notes.
When teachers don't have time to answer questions, we will consult books after work, or consult teachers and more people, so as to better strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. According to the requirements of schools and hospitals, I actively completed medical record writing, teaching rounds and case discussions, and cultivated my writing, organization and expression skills.
During the hospital training, everything we do is for the health of patients and the prognosis of diseases. We strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, and all operations strictly follow the aseptic principle. In internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics, we do all the work conscientiously, and under the guidance of teachers, we can correctly prevent, diagnose and deal with various common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases. Proficient in common clinical diagnosis and treatment skills. In the spirit of three basics and three strictness, I have cultivated and improved my ability to think and work independently.
During this short training period, we gained a lot. If summed up in simple words, it will look pale and powerless, at least it can't be expressed accurately and clearly, but we have benefited a lot. The harvest during the training will lay a good foundation for our future work and study. In a word, while thanking Linyi People's Hospital for cultivating our dribs and drabs, we will go to our respective posts with more proactive working attitude, more solid operational skills and deeper theoretical knowledge, improve our clinical work ability and do our best for the health cause!
Experience of hospital skill training 3
The ancients said: "The deceased is like a husband, not giving up day and night." The short and unforgettable training journey is like a blink of an eye, and the feeling during it is like a five-flavored bottle-all kinds of ups and downs. I have been training for a month in a stressful and fulfilling working environment every day. Looking back on this month's training period, I am full of excitement and infinite emotion.
I. Purpose of training
Through the basic theoretical knowledge of stomatology and training operation skills, we have a comprehensive understanding of common oral diseases and frequently-occurring diseases, and can make a preliminary diagnosis and treatment with the knowledge we have learned. I also have a brief understanding of some oral mucosal diseases, learned tooth extraction, endodontic treatment and root canal treatment, can simply use X-ray irradiation machine and understand oral technology, which laid a solid foundation for me to learn oral professional knowledge.
Two. Training time
Three. training ground
stomatological hospital
Four. Training experience and content
After three weeks of training, I learned a lot from my ignorance of stomatology, to my first knowledge, and then to my comprehensive and profound understanding of oral knowledge, and I became more mature.
In the first week, I will train the basic knowledge of oral medical devices and rings, cooperate with teachers to do some treatments, learn to disinfect departments, sterilize pots with high-pressure steam, disinfect used medical devices and rings, and disinfect and clean departments. Do some simple dental techniques such as taking dental molds, pouring plaster models, arranging teeth, etc.
In the second week, the first thing to do is to make some simple inquiries and exchanges with patients who come to see a doctor, arrange the average number of doctors to see a doctor, and calm the patients' mood. Assist each doctor in treatment, such as taking blood pressure and grinding mercury. Furthermore, some simple treatments such as cleaning teeth, pulling out deciduous teeth, pulling out loose permanent teeth, lateral incisors and so on.
The third week is mainly about the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases of teeth, such as pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.
By learning the basic knowledge of oral cavity, contacting patients, understanding the patient's medical treatment, and explaining common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases through their own professional knowledge, patients can have a preliminary understanding. This stage of study not only mastered the basic knowledge of stomatology, but also contacted patients. The most important thing is that this stage has an impact on its clinical treatment methods, increasing experience and learning things that schools can't learn.
Through this social training, I learned that stomatology is not as simple and boring as I thought. On the contrary, stomatology is a science that needs serious study, in-depth study, continuous study and continuous study. In order to solve the pain of dental patients in Qian Qian, benefit the public and make the dental profession more advanced and international in social development. I believe that oral experts and researchers in China will reduce oral diseases in China in the future. What's more, there will be no need for dentists in the future, and everyone will try to have good teeth. We should also work for the people's interests like medical experts.
Experience of hospital skill training 4
The autumn wind blowing through midsummer brings an unspeakable pleasure. We embarked on a new journey, shifted our positions and started training. We hope that many things can happen. We look forward to learning from books and knowledge. We hope to see instruments that we have never seen before, and we hope to experience our future work.
"We usually don't turn on the machine on Mondays, but on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays." The CDC teacher in charge of our interns. Oh, the national CDC will do. Everyone has Monday syndrome and star weekend syndrome, and works hard three days a week.
As people have said, there is nothing to do on the first day. Turn it on on Tuesday and turn it off on Tuesday. Section chief Liu is here. The first thing he did when he came was to assign each student a laboratory. The first thing to do every morning is to clean the laboratory.
Two Tuesdays passed, and the machines such as atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence were not turned on. The first thing we learn is to measure the visible matter, odor, pH, chromaticity and turbidity of secondary water. We packed up at 8: 30 in the morning, then went to our office to listen to the beautiful songs next door and occasionally measured the secondary water. Time passed day by day.
The third Tuesday passed, and when I no longer had any hope of turning on the machine, finally, the machine still didn't turn on. But what is waiting for us is the metrological certification that seems to have nothing to do with us. Our task is to make the laboratory spotless, including the floor, tables, walls and everything visible to the naked eye.
In the meantime, I walked around the eighth floor, met Mr. Cheng and watched them do microbial testing. There is a laboratory, which Teacher Cheng said is not commonly used. I can read books in it, which is not bad. For people like me who have no musical talent, when I read again, I may be tortured by beautiful songs.
The beginning of measurement certification of CDC is also the beginning of our National Day holiday. The National Day holiday of 13 is not bad.
On the first day of holiday, I was reading on the eighth floor, and my classmates sent two short messages: "Teacher Liu wants to see you."
I was transferred to the Geology Department on the 10 floor. In the food inspection department, I have seen the most advanced instruments besides computers, such as acidity meter, turbidity meter and colorimeter.
On the tenth floor, related to the experiment is iodine semi-quantitative reagent. Take a spoonful of salt and drop a drop. If it turns blue, it means iodized salt. If it doesn't change, it means there is no iodized salt. The rest is to operate the computer.
When the questionnaire in May was completed on the tenth floor, the questionnaire survey was conducted again. During the so-called evaluation work, there are two main gains, one is to travel all the counties and districts in Lanzhou, and the other is to eat a lot of meat.
My job of operating the computer also includes helping the director live on the computer and inputting the documents he wrote with a pen. After inputting them into the computer and printing them out, he will revise them carefully. He also asked me to help him think about individual sentences. There are many specious sentences that I think should be corrected, but it is not difficult for him to say these unclear words. There are seven or eight leaders who go to the countryside to do evaluation work, but the director said that we should go to one at most. Whether to write or not is our business, and what goes wrong is everyone's business.
I really don't understand being an official. I can only help type the documents in the office to see if they are written in white paper.
When I went to the countryside, I learned from their conversation that their promotion was an assessment system. After working in a unit for five years, only after working in a position for five years can you be eligible to take the exam. If they pass the exam, they will be promoted to a higher level and get a higher salary. And some people, day after day, count five years, rise to vice high, rise to normal high, and retire.
During my stay in the countryside, I also met a great father.
Officials are always in charge of provinces, cities, counties and townships, township hospitals are in charge of county disease control, and county disease control is in charge of city disease control. The driver who drove us to the countryside, his daughter works in a hospital in the countryside. He used to deliver goods to a tobacco company. He said that when he delivered cigarettes, he could sell 70 thousand to 80 thousand per car. If he sends them to some big shops, sometimes a car can send more than 200 thousand yuan. The tobacco company has 60 to 70 cars, which are delivered every day. I think so. Tobacco companies make a lot of money, and the wages of every worker, including drivers, are not small. But now, he drives for the municipal CDC. What he means is that he just wants to clear the way for his daughter to compete for promotion in the CDC. If her daughter competes for promotion, he will quit. Father, who has given too much for his children, is just one of the great fathers.
Last time I went to the countryside, I was too tired to get up in the morning. Go to the countryside at 2: 30 and return to work. I would have thanked Mr. Cheng for providing me with a place to study, but Mr. Cheng happened to have something to do and didn't come to work.
In this way, as when I leave every afternoon, I take the bus 15 and go back to the school and the municipal CDC through the unit gate. It is not worth nostalgia, and it may not be missed in the future.
Maybe I didn't have a chance to go to the CDC, or maybe the CDC didn't have a chance to catch it. "... everyone must be careful not to let students break things ..." This point was repeatedly emphasized at the meeting.
Take a short break, embark on a new journey and engage in a new war.
Experience of hospital skill training 5
Time flies, I am already a graduate student. This summer vacation, under the unified arrangement of the college, I completed a two-week training in Lanzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention through independent training. Through this training, I have gained a lot and grown up!
Its mission is to create a healthy environment, maintain social stability, safeguard national security and promote people's health by preventing and controlling diseases, disabilities and injuries.
The main functions and tasks of the center are: to organize the monitoring, prevention and control of infectious diseases, endemic diseases, occupational diseases, chronic non-communicable diseases, parasitic diseases and vectors in the city; To undertake the investigation, emergency treatment, prevention and control of major public health emergencies such as epidemic situation of infectious diseases, food poisoning, food pollution, occupational poisoning, drinking water pollution, radiation accidents and bioterrorism in the city; Carry out hygiene supervision and inspection of food hygiene, school hygiene, occupational hygiene, radiation hygiene, workplace hygiene and other categories, hygiene quality inspection of health-related products, disease prevention and control inspection and entrust relevant units to inspect; Responsible for the implementation of the city's immunization program and the use and management of preventive biological products; Responsible for the collection, statistics, analysis, evaluation and prediction of disease prevention and control information in the city; To undertake scientific research, training, guidance, publicity and education, consultation and diagnosis and treatment services of disease prevention and control and public health related technologies in the city; Provide technical basis for government departments to formulate public health and disease prevention and control policies, and participate in the formulation of health laws and regulations related to disease prevention and control and public health.
Here, I completed a two-week training. This short and substantial internship will play a bridge and transition role for me to go to society. This will be an important experience and step in my life, and it will also be of great help to my future work.
I. Purpose of training
Practical training is a very important practical link in students' college study. Training is a compulsory course for every college student. Not only let us learn a lot of knowledge that we can't learn in class, but also broaden our horizons and increase our knowledge, laying a solid foundation for us to better apply what we have learned to practical work in the future.
I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to go to the CDC for training this time. Although it was only two weeks, with the help of several teachers, I had a deeper understanding of the basic knowledge of microbiology, increased my perceptual knowledge of microbiology, and exercised and improved my ability to analyze and solve practical problems independently. I spent two weeks with my teacher, who was enthusiastic and sincere, and tried his best to teach me the skills and key points of experimental operation. He was very kind to me and tolerant of my mistakes, which made me make great progress.
