If the fault is not solved, the factory will send after-sales engineers to the site for inspection and maintenance. However, it takes 1-3 days for the company to send technicians to the site, which may cause the user screen to fail to work normally and bring losses to customers. In fact, after we install and debug, the site engineer will give the user 1-2 days training, including the common faults and treatment methods of LED display screen in use. 1.The LED display screen is black, and the green light of the sending card flashes normally.

1. Failure reason:

( 1)? The screen body has no power supply;

(2)? The network cable is not connected correctly;

(3)? The receiving card has no power supply or the power supply voltage is too low;

(4)? The sending card is broken;

(5)? Connection or failure of intermediate equipment for signal transmission (such as function card and optical fiber transceiver box);

(6)? The graphics card driver is damaged;

2. Troubleshooting methods:

( 1)? Check whether the power supply of the screen body is normal;

(2)? Check the reconnected network cable;

(3)? Ensure that the DC output of the power supply is 4.5-5.2V；; ;

(4)? Replace the sending card;

(5)? Check the connection or replace the function card (optical fiber transceiver box);

(6)? Reinstall the graphics card driver;

Second, the LED display screen is black, and the card issuing green light is always on.

1. Failure reason:

( 1)? The DVI or HDMI cable is not connected correctly;

(2)? The copy or expansion mode is not set in the graphics card control panel;

(3)? The software chooses to turn off the big screen power supply;

(4)? The sending card is not inserted in place or there is something wrong with the sending card;

(5)? The graphics card driver is damaged;

2. Troubleshooting methods:

(2)? Reset the replication mode;

(3)? The software chooses to turn on the big screen power supply;

(4)? Reinsert the sending card or replace the sending card;

(5)? Reinstall the graphics card driver;

3. Prompt "No big screen system found" at startup.

( 1)? The serial cable or USB cable is not connected to the sending card;

(2)? The COMputer com or USB port is broken;

(3)? Bad serial or USB cable;

Four, there is a module or box bar does not display or part does not display, lack of color.

( 1)? The signal of module cable or network cable is abnormally loose;

(2)? 220V and abnormal power supply;

( 1)? Check modules and module cables or network cables;

(2)? Check 220 power supply and +5V power supply;

Five, the whole box part of the module is not displayed.

( 1)? The power supply is burnt out or abnormal;

(4)? The cable interface of the receiving card is poor;

Six, the whole box is not displayed.

2. Troubleshooting methods:

(2)? Check the power supply of the receiving card;

(3)? Confirm the replacement of network cable;

( 1)? Error in driver loader;

(2)? The graphics card driver is damaged;

(3)? The network cable of the computer and screen is too long or of poor quality;

2. Troubleshooting methods:

( 1)? Re-operate and load the receiving card file;

(2)? Reinstall the graphics card driver;

(3)? Shorten the length of network cable or replace it;

(4)? Replace the sending card;

Each display unit of the whole LED display screen displays the same content.

The display connection file was not sent or the display connection file setting is incorrect;

Reset the correct display screen link file, send it and save it to the display screen;

Nine, the brightness of LED display screen is very low, and the displayed image is blurred.

1. Failure reason:

( 1)? Error sending card program;

(2)? Intelligent setting file exception program;

(3)? The function card is not set correctly;

2. Troubleshooting methods:

( 1)? Restore the default settings of the sending card and save it;

(2)? Rewrite the correct smart settings file program;

(3)? Set the minimum brightness value monitored by the display screen to above 80;

Ten, the whole screen jitter or ghost.

1. Failure reason:

( 1)? Check the communication line between the computer and the big screen;

(2)? Check the multimedia card and sending card? DVI line;

(3)? The parameters of the intelligent setting file are unreasonable;

(4)? The sending card is broken;

2. Troubleshooting methods:

( 1)? Blocking or replacing communication lines;
