How to get the boss to approve your training?
Author: Jing Actually, there are only two purposes of training: one is to improve the professional skills of employees, and the other is to lower their expectations. The most fundamental thing is to lower the expectations of employees. However, in the market, the result of more trainer training is precisely to raise the expectations of employees and cultivate many employees into materialistic fanatics. The result is naturally that the more training, the more trouble. In terms of expectations, employees' expectations of the organization are only in three States, namely, owed, still, and surplus. If you owe the enterprise, you think that employees will work hard and have passion; If you are mediocre and think that you have no debt to the enterprise, employees will be in a state of ringing the bell, and the enterprise will be stagnant and lifeless; If it is surplus, I think I am worthy of the enterprise, and if the enterprise is sorry for me, the employees will be destroyed. As long as an employee in an enterprise is in a state of excess psychology, it will directly and indirectly cause serial harm to the enterprise. Therefore, HRD must understand the fundamental purpose of enterprise training, then communicate with the boss, understand the boss's needs, see the basic needs of the enterprise through the boss's oral expression, and then select training lecturers for different teams. Don't choose trainers whose purpose is to improve personal ability. Those trainings are often just to improve personal desires, not skills. Especially in view of the current impetuous social situation, it is very urgent and important to lower employees' expectations and make employees think that they should make more contributions to the organization. In fact, behind many problems in enterprises is the high personal expectations of employees. Everyone's expectation is a rising process, and everyone's expectation is insatiable. This is not a moral issue, but a human nature issue. Fundamentally speaking, HRD training should reduce employees' expectations. As long as the expectations of employees are lowered, employees will actively improve their skills and make contributions to the enterprise.
