Froebel College. After 1959, the newly established preschool education institutions in the Soviet Union are basically nurseries (kindergartens). Until 187 1, wrobel College was founded in St. Petersburg, becoming the earliest Russian preschool teacher training institution. German educator Froebel (1April 2, 7821-1June 2, 852) was recognized as one of the most important educators in Europe in the19th century, and founded the first preschool education institution named "Kindergarten".
