Under the unified arrangement of Weinan City School Foot Office, our first-line PE teachers from nearly 60 counties and cities in Weinan conducted a six-day campus football cadre and coach training in Ruiquan Middle School. I will never forget this training. First of all, leaders at all levels of provincial and municipal sports bureaus made important speeches on this training. Then, Professor Yan Bizheng of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, who undertook this training task, put forward some requirements for this training. After the opening ceremony, I began to study immediately. I seized this opportunity and studied hard. It should be said that the harvest is great. From the basic training of football, the present situation and development of China football, the basic rules and concepts of five-a-side four-a-side football, especially the rules of five-a-side football and the contents and methods of grass-roots training. Teacher Yan's teaching method of entertaining is the biggest feeling. Under the scorching sun, he made us adults laugh through football matches, and let us master the basic skills of football in happiness, which greatly inspired my future teaching methods. How to make my students study in happiness and feel happy in learning is a problem worthy of my in-depth thinking. Secondly, Teacher Yan can infiltrate the truth of dealing with people invisibly in football teaching. For example: honesty, sincerity to others. Teacher Yan's lofty professionalism is worth learning. Look at Mr. Yan and think about yourself. Let's take a deep sigh. Compared with Mr. Yan, I am very young, but without a mat, I tell my students more through language that I have never let my body lie on the ground to demonstrate. As a professor on the playground, Mr. Yan always gives us a standard demonstration while explaining on the lawn, especially in the afternoon of April 18, when we had a class indoors because of the weather, and Mr. Yan gave a demonstration on the ground that we hadn't swept since the training started. He didn't feel the hard and dirty ground at all. He really tried his best. In addition, Yan's teaching method of combining theory with practice has given me a lot of inspiration. This training has benefited me a lot, letting me know that football training should start from itself first and persevere. Then the athletes are trained scientifically and effectively, so as to better improve the football level. At present, Weinan City has a new understanding of the development of football. At present, the development of football in Weinan is relatively backward compared with other regions, and the level of football is not high enough. Now all counties and cities are actively trying to develop football. In this context, we should develop football better, so that our football level can have a higher leap.
