How to run the training class well?
It is not good to have too many or too few students in a class.

Too much is not convenient for management and affects teaching efficiency; Too little can't form a teaching atmosphere, and teachers often can't lift their spirits, which affects the display of teaching talents.

For public schools, 40~46 students are more suitable, for private schools, 30~36 students are better, and for training institutions, 10~20 students is the best scale. This is my real feeling from the perspectives of teaching and learning based on many years of teaching experience.

Over the years, I have heard the so-called "1 vs. 1" from training institutions, which I personally think is an absurd move that I don't understand the teaching rules. Confucius said, "Learning alone without friends is ignorance." The idea that the fewer students, the better teachers teach is wrong, and the effect is often counterproductive.

Didn't the ancient emperor have money? They also need to find some companions to study with. When Emperor Qianlong was a teenager, there were 14 students in the class.

Therefore, as the basic unit of teaching, the class needs to grasp an appropriate number.

Finally, I want to say that everything is relative, not absolute. If the teacher has the ability, 100 people can teach well; If the teacher is incompetent, 1 can't teach well.
