In the past 10 years, I drove at dawn and picked up my car at night almost every day, and my average working hours almost exceeded 10 hour. When I was training in the field, I was exposed to the sun in summer and frozen in winter, and my work intensity exceeded other similar industries. It is with this sense of responsibility and sincere love that I turned difficulties into motivation and kept my love and sense of responsibility for this job for ten years. Second, keep the coach car clean and beautiful, and provide students with a good learning environment. The coach car is my working platform and the main place for students to study. 10 years of teaching experience makes me deeply realize that creating a good learning environment can not only keep students comfortable and happy, so as to learn various driving skills in a relaxed state of mind, but also has the additional function of cultivating students' sense of car as soon as possible. At the same time, the car appearance itself is also an image display of our school. To this end, in addition to cleaning the vehicle regularly (usually once a week), I also change the internal minor repairs irregularly. At the same time, I use my driving experience accumulated in the past 30 years to regularly and irregularly overhaul the vehicle, so as to keep the vehicle in good performance and condition. When you get off the bus to collect, you must sort out everything in the car. Although I am a coach, I have been translating the standards of interior hygiene and decoration of private cars. Third, standardize teaching behavior, concentrate on studying various teaching methods, and participate in various advanced studies at the same time to effectively improve their teaching level. Since I became a coach in 1995, automobile technology has made great progress and a series of changes have taken place in the examination subjects. Faced with these changes, I always tell myself: "To give students a bowl of water, you must have a bucket of water first." In the past 10 years, I not only participated in various trainings organized by the school, but also studied in Tonglu, and obtained the qualifications of senior driver and scientific coach. After returning from driving for nearly 10 hours every day, although I feel very tired, I still insist on making daily teaching logs and training records, exploring the gains and losses of daily teaching, arranging teaching progress scientifically and reasonably, and doing a good demonstration for the whole team. In addition to the first time, I also worked with other coaches to ponder training projects, explore scientific and reasonable training methods, and do various teaching experiments in person, so that students can complete training tasks faster and more practically and achieve training results. Thanks to the joint efforts of all of you, the passing rate of my students has always been in the forefront of the school, especially in the past two years, and the passing rate has basically remained above 98%. My school won the first prize in Shaoxing home-school competition last year. Fourth, classified teaching, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and training students in a targeted manner. Everyone knows that teaching needs to be targeted. The students come from all ages and classes. Rural and urban students; Young and old students; Male and female students; Teaching methods need to be different. For cities and young colleges, while paying attention to efficiency in teaching, I repeatedly warned them not to be impatient and to practice basic movements repeatedly. This also makes my relationship with students always harmonious. For the students who just started on the road, they are walking on thin ice. This puts very strict requirements on the coach. Although I sit in the co-pilot's seat, I still remain extremely focused and dare not relax for a moment, even if I spend more than 10 hours every day. It is worth mentioning that in the past ten years, I have never had an accident in teaching and won the safety award every year. After more than 20 years of driving career, I realized: "To be an excellent driver and ensure the safety and smoothness of daily driving, besides having qualified driving skills, good driving habits and professional ethics are also essential." To this end, in the daily teaching process, I tirelessly told the students that driving should abide by various rules and regulations, and don't drive with anger and arrogance; Warn them not to drive under the influence of alcohol and fatigue, adjust the seat and rearview mirror before driving, and check the oil, water tank and steering system. He even said to them, "Many of you come to learn driving for convenience and entertainment. Everyone has a good family background and a successful career. Don't ruin your happiness because of unsafe driving. " In order to ensure the driving safety of my classmates in the future, I am also very strict with them, especially some habitual actions, and I will correct them repeatedly until their habits become natural. Sixth, improving teachers' morality, caring for students, teaching in a civilized way, creating a harmonious teaching atmosphere and forming a benign interactive teaching are the benign interactive processes between teaching and learning. If students' learning enthusiasm is not stimulated, it will be difficult to achieve the ideal teaching effect. Today's students come from all walks of life, all walks of life, and the so-called diversity is everywhere. Besides teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, our coach also needs to integrate these people. Therefore, coaches must strengthen professional ethics, really care about students and create a harmonious atmosphere. I remember that during the SARS period in 2003, I not only instructed my classmates to take various preventive measures according to the requirements of the school, but also prepared some daily medicines and thermometers in the car with my classmates. Since then, the daily medicines in my car have not been disassembled. A coach is also a teacher. Besides preaching, teaching and dispelling doubts, maintaining a good attitude and appearance and being honest with others plays an important role in the formation of students' future courage. In this respect, I not only abide by the regulations of the school, but also demand myself as a teacher, not as a trainer. Ten years is fleeting, like a blink of an eye. After careful calculation, more than 500 students have graduated from me. It can't be regarded as the fragrance of peaches and plums, but also as a small achievement. In the past ten years, with the care of school leaders, the help of colleagues and the assistance of students, I have also explored a set of teaching models of my own.
