What's the difference between full-time and part-time jobs?
There are obvious differences in working hours, salary, work content, welfare, legal application and management methods.

1. Working hours and flexibility: Full-time employees need to work according to the working hours stipulated by the state or the normal working hours stipulated by the company, generally 8 hours a day and no more than 40 hours a week. The working hours of part-time workers are relatively flexible, and part-time workers can choose their working hours according to their actual situation, as long as they complete the corresponding work tasks.

2. Salary: Full-time salary is usually higher than part-time, which is relatively fixed. The salary of part-time workers may change according to the change of market price on that day, sometimes high and sometimes low. Full-time employees will receive wages from the company on a fixed date every month, while part-time employees may receive wages after working for one or two weeks, and even some part-time employees are paid by the day.

3. Work content and difficulty: Full-time employees have more and more work content, more and more difficulty, and need stronger work ability. Part-time workers usually only need to do some relatively simple basic work.

4. Benefits: Full-time employees enjoy a series of benefits such as five insurances and one gold, paid vacation and year-end bonus. Part-time employees usually don't have these benefits.

5. Application and protection of laws: The main laws applicable full-time are labor-related laws and regulations, such as Labor Arbitration Law, Labor Law and Labor Contract Law. Their working hours, wages and welfare benefits are protected by law. Part-time job mainly applies to contract law, civil law, etc. They are not protected by labor-related labor laws and regulations, and their working hours and wages are usually agreed by both parties.

6. Management mode: Full-time employees are required to abide by all rules and regulations formulated by the employer according to law, while part-time employees only need to abide by the system agreed by both parties.
