20 12 Announcement of Public Recruitment of Staff in Some Institutions Directly under Shanxi Coal Industry Department
In order to meet the needs of the work of some institutions directly under our office, according to the Notice of the Organization Department of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Fully Implementing the Open Recruitment of New Personnel in Institutions (No.53 issued by Jin Renshe Office [2012]) and relevant regulations, with the approval of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, our office will organize some institutions directly under our office to openly recruit staff for the society. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this open recruitment,

I. Recruiting units and positions

The public recruitment institutions include: Shanxi Coal Safety Law Enforcement Corps, Shanxi Coal Industry Department Coal Resources Geology Bureau, Shanxi Coal Industry Department Basic Construction Bureau, Shanxi Coal Engineering Quality Supervision Center Station, Shanxi Coal Engineering Project Consulting and Evaluation Center, Shanxi Coal Industry Department Safety Production Dispatching Center, Shanxi Coal Vocational Skills Appraisal Bureau, and 70 professional technical and management positions in 7 units. (See attached table 1 for specific recruitment positions)

Second, the recruitment conditions and targets

(1) recruitment conditions

4. Professional or skill requirements required for the post;

5. Physical conditions that meet the post requirements;

6. Age requirements: 1987 born after August, 25 years old and below 16, 35 years old and below 1982 born after August, 16, 1977 born after August, 40 years old and below.

7. Other conditions required for the post (see attached table for details). Persons who have received various criminal punishments for crimes, persons whose criminal suspects have not been ascertained or who are undergoing disciplinary review, and other persons who are not allowed to be employed according to national laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.

Servicemen and non-fresh graduates (among them, non-20 12 fresh graduates and graduate students who are currently studying in the school and have files and organizational relationships in the school are not allowed to apply for the original academic qualifications and degree certificates). Those who take part in open recruitment may not apply for positions with avoidance relationship after employment.

Three. Registration methods and procedures

(A) recruitment information release

Candidates who participate in the recruitment take the form of on-site registration.

(3) Registration procedure

1. Submit the application materials.

When registering, you need to bring a printed version of the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Institutions Directly under Shanxi Coal Industry Department (see Schedule 2, which needs to be downloaded and printed), diploma, degree certificate, original and photocopy of ID card, and two one-inch bareheaded photos with red background; If you are an on-the-job person, you must provide proof that the current work unit agrees to apply for the exam; Directional and entrusted graduates must provide proof that the directional and entrusted units agree to apply for the exam.

Applicants can only choose one position in one unit to register, and their major and research direction must be consistent with the reported major, and they must use the same valid resident ID card to register and take the exam; When registering, submit relevant information and materials truthfully. Anyone who provides false application materials will be disqualified or employed once verified; Those who forge relevant documents and materials to cheat the examination qualification will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations.

2. Qualification examination

After receiving the materials submitted by the applicants, the recruiting unit will review the application materials on the spot and reply the results to the candidates. Those who pass the qualification examination can no longer apply for other positions. If you fail to pass the qualification examination, you can change to other positions.

Candidates who have entered the interview scope of Shanxi Coal Management Cadre College, Shanxi Yanbei Coal Industry School and Shanxi Coal Workers Training Center can no longer apply for the recruitment positions of other institutions in our bureau.

Step 3 get the tickets

Applicants who have passed the qualification examination can get the admission ticket from August 23rd, 2065 12:00 to 18:00 in the conference room on the 24th floor of Shanxi Coal Building,No. Shifu West Street, Taiyuan 18. Those who fail to do it within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

Tip: Candidates must take good care of their admission ticket, and they must bring their admission ticket and ID card in all aspects of the exam (all other documents are invalid).

Fourth, the examination procedures and scoring methods

(1) inspection procedure

The examination subjects are professional tests and interviews.

The content of professional test is the mastery and application ability of professional knowledge required for recruitment positions. The professional test is given by the major and conducted by written test. The professional test results are published on the same day and sorted from high to low, and the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3. The interview was conducted in a structured way, and the interview results and comprehensive results were announced on the same day.

Those who enter the interview scope are required to report to the interview site with the professional test admission ticket and ID card before 8:00 on the day of the interview. If they fail, they will be deemed to give up automatically.

(2) Scoring method

The scoring method is based on a hundred-point system, and the comprehensive score = professional test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%. The minimum qualified score of the personnel to be hired is 60 points; There is no competitive position in the interview, and the minimum qualified score of the recruiter's interview score is 70 points.

In principle, the ratio of the actual number of applicants to the number of candidates to be recruited should be above 3: 1 before the examination can begin. If the number of applicants does not reach this ratio, the number of posts will be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion. The number of applicants who are in urgent need of professional talents or special professional positions has not reached the prescribed proportion, which can not fully reflect the principle of "competition for the best". After the examination and approval by the provincial department of human resources and social security, the recruitment examination can be conducted, but the comprehensive score of the personnel to be hired must reach 65 points.

According to the relevant regulations, candidates who participated in the "College Students' Volunteer Service Plan for the West" (including the service plan for the northwest of Shanxi Province), the "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" and the "Three Supports and One Support" plan in Shanxi Province, as well as those who passed the examination and participated in the "Selecting and Transferring College Graduates to Work in Villages" in Shanxi Province, have served for two years (they joined the service 20 10 years ago). According to document No.33 [2010], college student village cadres who start their own businesses and choose another job after the service expires can enjoy the above bonus policy within three years from the date of termination of the contract. The above-mentioned personnel should truthfully fill in the column of bonus items when registering, and the relevant departments such as the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Communist Youth League Committee, and the Provincial Department of Education will issue proof materials for bonus points.

According to the comprehensive results, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the proportion of the positions to be recruited 1: 1.
