1. Good teaching: the school has trained a large number of outstanding dance talents. The college has won the first and second prizes in national, provincial and municipal dance competitions organized by professional organizations for many times, and has been invited to participate in the recording of the Spring Festival Gala of Liaocheng TV Station, Dongchang TV Station and Shenxian TV Station for many years.

2. Strong faculty: The school has a strong faculty. Professional dance teacher 18, graduated from Beijing Dance Academy, Shandong Arts Institute, Liaocheng University and Quju University respectively, and has the Certificate of China Dance Grading Examination and the Certificate of Shandong Dance Grading Examination. Ruiba Dance School was approved as the test center of Shandong Dance Grading Liaocheng, and now more than 200 students have passed the grade, with a passing rate of 100%.
