In order to achieve this goal before 2008, we have been making continuous efforts. On the one hand, we have been constantly carrying out internal transformation and upgrading the operating environment in the market in a planned way. In particular, businesses are strongly encouraged to carry out renovation, introduce the decoration concept of international art galleries, strive for perfection in materials, layout, furnishings, lighting, colors, etc., and form a * * * character and individuality, so that every store can become a small theme art gallery. On the other hand, it is to strengthen the quality training and improvement of merchants and employees. We have eight strict standards for every merchant who enters Beijing Antique City to ensure that every merchant is an elite in the antique industry. At the same time, we will continue to strengthen education and training to maintain the overall high quality level. For example, in 2007, a series of trainings on Olympic English, Olympic knowledge and Olympic etiquette were carried out among all merchants, and special teaching materials with the characteristics of Beijing Antique City were compiled and distributed, and experts and volunteers were hired to teach, so that the training rate reached 100%. At the same time, the clothing and name tags in the market are unified, so that every practitioner can become an image representative of the antique city, a professional commentator, a disseminator of China traditional culture and a volunteer of the Cultural Olympics.
