2. Registration procedure

The introduction of high-level talents takes the form of interviews and inspections. If the ratio of the number of people to be introduced to the actual number of applicants reaches or exceeds 1:5, the written test will be added. Those who take the written test will get the admission ticket before the notice.
This introduction requires that the number of applicants should reach 1 or above: 1. If the number of applicants and the number of people to be introduced are less than 1: 1, the recruitment quota will be reduced accordingly, so that the number of applicants and the number of people to be introduced will reach 1: 1. If the number of people to be introduced is reduced to 1, and still can't reach 1, the posts and places to be introduced will be cancelled. For the positions that are really difficult to reach 1: 1 due to the shortage of specialties, the number of imported places can be adjusted upon the application of the importing unit and the consent of the talent work leading group of the county party committee. If the quota cannot be adjusted, the leading group will readjust the qualification conditions for introduction and organize a second registration after the study. The introduction object is the position of fresh graduates. After registration, the number of applicants is less than the number of job introductions or there are job vacancies. After the introduction of high-level talents by the county party Committee, it was transferred to a position with a large number of applicants, and an announcement on the adjustment of the number of introduced talents was issued on the website of Wutai County People's Government.

(3) written examination
The written test is conducted in a closed form, with a full score of 100 and a written test time of 120 minutes. The written test scores account for 60% of the comprehensive scores.
Written test content: basic knowledge of public affairs accounts for 30%, and professional ability test accounts for 70%.
When taking the exam, candidates must bring the admission ticket and their valid resident ID card that are the same as those at the time of registration. Those with two incomplete certificates are not allowed to take the exam. If your ID card is expired or lost, please go to the public security organ for temporary id card in time.

(4) Interview
The interview score is 100, and the comprehensive quality of the candidates is evaluated. Interview time 10 minutes. The interview score accounts for 40% of the comprehensive score.
The interview results and comprehensive results will be published in the test center and the website of Wutai County People's Government (/) on the same day.

Comprehensive score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%.
The comprehensive score shall be kept to two decimal places. If the comprehensive scores of two or more candidates are the same, the physical examination personnel shall be determined according to the order of written test scores from high to low. If the written test scores are the same, take an extra test, and sort the candidates' scores according to the interview and the extra test scores. If you enter the interview directly, the comprehensive score = interview score.
If the number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the number required for the post, the interview score of candidates should reach 70 points or above, and those below 70 points are not allowed to enter the next link.
(5) Physical examination and investigation
According to the comprehensive examination results, according to the proportion of job introduction places 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination are determined from high score to low score. According to the standard of having both ability and political integrity and the requirements of the post to be hired, the investigation takes various forms to comprehensively understand the political thought, moral quality, law-abiding, self-discipline awareness, ability and quality, work attitude, study and work performance and the situation that needs to be avoided. In 2020, the fresh graduates mainly examine the students' learning situation and their usual ideological and political performance during their school days. In principle, the school graduation appraisal and other supporting materials shall prevail. Graduates who have been employed in different places can issue materials such as the applicant's ideological and political performance, professional ability and work performance by the unit. The applicant who fails to implement the unit shall be issued by the local police station or the community or village (neighborhood) Committee where his household registration is located with proof materials such as his law-abiding, ideological and political performance. If there is any doubt about the certification materials, the importing unit can call back, inquire by letter or send people to the graduate school, police station, community and village (neighborhood) committee where the applicant is located to conduct on-the-spot investigation, review the authenticity of the application information and archival materials provided by the applicant, and cancel the qualification of those who fail the examination. Those who fail to participate in the medical examination and inspection at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
Those who fail the physical examination and inspection shall not be employed, and the resulting vacant positions shall not be filled. Due to the vacancy caused by the automatic abandonment of the physical examination and inspection links of imported personnel, the physical examination and inspection candidates will be replenished in the order of high score to low score according to the proportion of job introduction quota 1: 1.
(6) Employment publicity
Based on the comprehensive investigation and assessment results, after being determined by the talent work leading group of the county party committee, the office of the talent work leading group of the county party committee will publicize it on the website of Wutai County People's Government (/), and the publicity period will be 7 working days, and the employment procedures will be handled without objection.
The introduction of talents is subject to the employment system and incorporated into the staffing management of public institutions. Organizations, people's organizations and staffing management departments shall handle recruitment, entry and employment procedures with the employment documents of the organization department of the county party Committee.
The introduction of talents is subject to a probation period, which is included in the employment period. Pass the examination after the probation period, go through the formalities and be formally employed; Those who fail to pass the inspection shall be dismissed. In principle, the introduction of talents requires a service period of 5 years, and the employed personnel shall not be seconded or transferred during the service period.
Foreigners should apply in good faith.
