First, the work is not solid enough, floating on the surface, not knowing enough about some deep-seated problems, not estimating enough, and not touching the real situation at the grassroots level, which leads to some work being called out in the organs, not being grasped tightly at the grassroots level and becoming a mere formality;
Second, busy with routine work all day, I really don't have enough time to study theory. Although I can actively participate in the study of the Central Group of the Party Committee and the political study organized by the station, I have not done enough in squeezing time for self-study.
