Forklift theoretical knowledge: forklift safety operation procedures

Forklift drivers should not only be familiar with the performance structure of forklifts, but also master the basic knowledge of loading and unloading.

A, on a good road surface, the lifting weight of the forklift should not exceed the rated weight. Under bad road conditions, the lifting weight should be reduced appropriately and the speed should be reduced.

Second, when loading goods, the distance between the forks should be adjusted according to the size of the goods, and the weight of the goods should be shared equally by the two forks to prevent the goods from being unbalanced or slipping to one side after starting. After the fork is inserted into the cargo pile, the fork wall should be in contact with one side of the cargo, and then the gantry will be tilted back, and the fork can be driven only after it is about 200 mm from the ground.

Three, it is strictly prohibited to drive at high-speed sharp turns, lifting goods, etc. No one is allowed under the lifting frame.

Four, when carrying goods on a slope above 7, the goods should be exposed from the slope. Don't brake suddenly when transporting and planting goods to avoid slipping out. When carrying large-volume goods, the goods block the line of sight, and the forklift should reverse and drive at a low speed.

Five, it is forbidden to let the engine idle unattended after parking, and the driver is not allowed to hang the goods in the air when he leaves the driving position.

Six, forklift truck stop halfway, the engine idling should be back to the gantry, when the engine stops, the car should fall, and lean forward to make the fork touch the ground.

Seven, in the process of work, such as suspicious noise or abnormal phenomenon, must immediately stop check, take timely measures to eliminate, before troubleshooting shall not continue to work.

Eight, in order to improve the service life of the forklift, prevent accidents, in order to keep the forklift in the best working condition and the normal operation of all parts, this machine must be strictly maintained regularly during use.

The following places must be checked before each shift leaves work:

Four, check whether the wheel bolt fastening degree and tire pressure reach the specified value.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) checks the flexibility and reliability of the steering and braking system.

Six, check whether the electrical wiring is grounded, whether the connector is loose, and whether the horn, turn signal, brake light and various instruments work normally. After the above preparations are completed, you can start work.

1. 1. Forklift drivers must undergo professional training, pass the examination by the safety production supervision department, obtain a special operation certificate, and be approved by the company before driving. It is strictly forbidden to operate without a license.

1.2, it is forbidden to drink and drive, and it is forbidden to eat, chat, talk on the mobile phone or talk on the intercom while driving.

Step 2 start

2. 1. Before starting the vehicle, check the starting, audio signal, battery circuit, operation, braking performance, front fork and tires to make them in good condition.

2.2, when there is a mechanical problem, can't repair. Shut down the forklift and notify the mechanic.

2.3. When starting, check whether there are people and obstacles around, and then honk to start.

2.4 When the forklift truck starts loading, the driver should first confirm that the loaded goods are stable and reliable. Start slowly and slowly.

Step 3 drive

3. 1 When the forklift is driving, no one is allowed to get on or off, and no one is allowed to stand on the fork. When forklift assistants really need to work, they should be equipped with a special hanging basket for forklift trucks, and the forks should be inserted into the special fixing grooves below the hanging basket.

3. 1. 1. Personnel working in the hanging cage: no more than 2 people, they must wear safety helmets and safety belts, and all tools are packed in tool bags to avoid falling.

3. 1.2. During the aerial work of the hanging cage, the forklift driver:

3. 1.2. 1. If aerial work is basically harmless work such as inventory and labeling, forklift drivers should not leave the forklift in order to provide timely assistance;

3. 1.2.2. If metal tools are needed to repair lamps and pipes, forklift drivers can choose to wear safety helmets and sit in the cab for assistance; You can also choose to leave the forklift cab and wear a safety helmet within 8~ 10 meters around the forklift for safety monitoring, reminding pedestrians to bypass and warning irrelevant personnel not to operate the forklift.

3.2, in addition to loading and unloading goods, must drive on the right;

3.3. The fork is 50-150 mm off the ground when it is empty; When handling goods, the height of the goods from the ground shall not be greater than 500 mm, and the lifting gantry shall be tilted backwards to the limit.

3.4. In case of someone in front, honk the horn to remind the driving route;

3.5. Keep a safe distance between three forklifts and other forklifts, unless the forklifts meet;

3.6, at intersections or narrow intersections, should be careful to slow down, and horn ready to stop at any time;

3.7, in and out of the job site or driving on the road, pay attention to the presence of obstacles above the collision. Don't turn sharply or brake suddenly in non-emergency situations;

3.8. When driving on a ramp,

3.8. 1 Go uphill and downhill empty-if you drive uphill, you need to go uphill backwards and go downhill at the fork. So the center of gravity will fall on the front wheel.

3.8.2 When loading goods, go up and down the slope-if loading goods on the slope, the fork needs to go uphill and go downhill. In this way, the center of gravity will also fall on the front wheel, and it is not allowed to turn around on the slope under any circumstances;

3.9. Forklift trucks are not allowed to overtake in principle, but if they want to overtake, they should slow down and honk their horns, and pay attention to observation to prevent the car from suddenly starting or someone jumping off.

4. Homework

What is the maximum lifting weight and load center? What is their relationship?

When the center of gravity of the goods and the load center are on the same vertical line, the maximum weight that the forklift can load and unload the goods is called the maximum lifting weight of the forklift; The horizontal distance from the center of gravity of the standard load to the front wall of the vertical section of the fork is called the load center of the forklift. Usually, the load center is specified in the design according to the standard, that is, forklifts with different lifting weights generally have different load centers. When the center of gravity of the goods is within the load center, the forklift can be loaded and unloaded with the maximum lifting weight, otherwise the stability of the forklift will be destroyed and accidents will easily occur.

What is the stability of the forklift?

The stability of forklift refers to the ability of forklift to resist overturning during loading and unloading operations and driving on various roads, which can be divided into longitudinal stability and lateral stability. Longitudinal stability refers to the ability of forklift to resist longitudinal rollover around the axle. Lateral stability refers to the ability of forklift to resist rollover and sideslip.

How to stop the fork frame and gantry frame after the forklift works?

After the forklift works, the fork must be lowered to the ground and the gantry restored to its original position (vertical in the middle). The purpose is to protect the hydraulic system from unloading and avoid the deformation and damage of various components (especially sealing components) in the hydraulic system due to long-term compression.

What is the reason why the forklift mast shakes and the mast automatically tilts back and forth?

(2) The clearance between the lifting cylinder and the piston is too large;

(3) The clearance between the lifting valve barrel of the hydraulic distributor and the lifting valve stem is too large;

(4) Oil leakage from pipes or joints.

What is the reason why the fork can't be lifted because the lifting speed is too slow?

Reasons for slow ascension:

(1) The oil pump is worn or leaks oil;

(2) The spring pressure of distributor safety valve is too low or the steel ball and valve seat are worn;

(3) The gap between the distributor lifting valve cylinder and the lifting valve stem is too large;

(4) The clearance between the lifting cylinder and the piston is too large, or the cup is aged or damaged;
