Local education administrative departments and universities (institutions) should carefully organize and implement the application plan in strict accordance with the requirements to ensure the quality of training. It is necessary to make effective use of Henan teacher education and training management system and do a good job in student management and project evaluation. The Provincial Department of Education will strictly follow the requirements of the Ministry of Education and implement the elimination system of the same kind and the same project according to the results of performance appraisal.

On the basis of reporting the needs of cities and counties, the Provincial Department of Education allocates the number of participants in the rural primary and secondary school teacher training project in Henan Province according to the implementation requirements of the provincial overall planning project and the "tripartite coordination" project, and requires relevant units to complete the selection of participants through the Henan teacher education and training management system before August 5, 20 14, and form a summary table (see annex 18). At the same time, the relevant paper materials will be stamped with the official seal and reported to the normal education department of our bureau.

The undertaking institutions (institutions) should attach great importance to it and carefully organize the implementation according to the implementation plan approved by the Ministry of Education. At the same time, the starting time should be reported to the Project Office and the Teachers' Office of our office before August 5, and the electronic version of (20 14) 14 days of the National Training Program students should be compressed before the starting time, taking the training institution as the unit. Within one week of the start of the class, the report of the participating teachers will be fed back to the relevant project office according to the training category. Teachers who have completed the practical training requirements of centralized learning education on time will be awarded the national training plan (20 14) after passing the examination.
