1, before air culture 1 hour, close indoor doors and windows, start laminar flow, reduce indoor personnel's walking, and make the air still.

2. Take the Petri dish from the clinical laboratory, wrap it in cloth on the way, put a mask and hat on the cultivator, put the Petri dish into the room to be cultivated, and open it for 5 minutes.

3. No one is allowed to walk when sampling. After sampling, cover the glass Petri dish, fill in the culture list, label it, and then send it to the bacteria room for culture.
