Guangzhou Art College is a key university directly under the Ministry of Education of China's "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Project". Founded in 1952, located in Guangzhou. 198 1 became the first batch of doctoral and master's degree awarding units; 1995 entered the national "2 1 1 project" key university construction ranks; 1999 and 2007 passed the excellent evaluation of undergraduate teaching work of the Ministry of Education twice; National University Science Park was established in1999; Established the Graduate School in 2000; 200 1 became a "985 project" construction university and entered the ranks of national high-level university construction. Art College was established in July, 2004 16. Its predecessor was Art Department of School of Humanities and Social Sciences, South China University of Technology. In 2002, undergraduate students majoring in music performance were recruited nationwide. Graduate students in musicology were enrolled in 2004. In the same year, two undergraduate majors, art design and dance, were added and admitted. In 2007, graduate students in art design were enrolled. Art college has three or two disciplines-musicology, dance and art design. The first dean was He Ping, a second-class professor and doctor of musicology. There are 0/8 teachers with senior professional titles/kloc-and 39 teachers with graduate education or above. There are 1000 undergraduate and graduate students. Attached are the Youth Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra of South China University of Technology, and the Choir and Dance Troupe of Art College of South China University of Technology. Art College is located in South Campus of South China University of Technology, Guangzhou University Town. It has an independent art school teaching building, equipped with concert hall, exhibition hall, academic lecture hall, orchestra rehearsal hall, chorus rehearsal hall, dance rehearsal hall, recording studio, multimedia music classroom, digital piano classroom, computer design room, skylight studio, comprehensive material design, product design, environmental design, fashion design and ceramic art design laboratory, including multi-stringed instruments and combined multimedia. The professional reference room containing Chinese and foreign music, art, art design and dance audio-visual materials, books and music scores is also being improved. Art college students who meet the requirements of the school in professional courses and cultural courses during their studies can take other professional courses ("3+2" mode) after the third year of university, and those who meet the qualifications for degree awarding can be awarded double bachelor's degrees. Graduates with excellent grades can recommend postgraduate qualifications, and the recommendation ratio is 65438+ 0.2% of the total number of graduates. 1. Enrollment Specialty The Art College currently has three undergraduate enrollment majors: 1. Registration conditions: high school graduates, secondary specialized school graduates or students with the same academic ability and good health who meet the admission standards of ordinary schools stipulated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health. 2. On-site registration is adopted for the 20 10 art major examination in our school. Candidates themselves carry the unified professional examination certificate of their province (except for those who do not organize the unified professional examination in their province), the letter of introduction from the school or unit, the second-generation ID card, the college entrance examination admission ticket, the academic certificate (recent graduates hold the school certificate and previous graduates hold the graduation certificate) and three recent one-inch bareheaded half-length photos for on-site registration. The above files need to be checked and copied. 3. Candidates who apply for the art major in our school only admit the initial test results, and the results are invalid for many times. 4. According to Guangdong Provincial Price Bureau and Guangdong Provincial Finance Department's Guangdong Price Letter No.236, the registration fee for Guangzhou test center of our school's art professional examination is 125 yuan/person, and the test center outside the province is 160 yuan/person. The re-examination fee shall be subject to the approval of the Price Bureau. Tuition standard refers to the charging standard of Guangdong Price Bureau (in 2009, the charging standard of art major in our school was 10000 yuan/person/year).
