1. First, open photoshop software and create a new white canvas with the size of 1024* 1024.

2. Then, click the Custom Shape Tool option in the toolbar on the left.

3. Find the "Arrow" shape in the custom shape above.

4. Use the Arrow Shape Tool to draw an arrow on the white canvas, and change the color of the arrow by adjusting its fill color.

5. Use "ctrl+T" to adjust the direction and position of the arrow at the same time.

6. Continue to use the ellipse tool on the left to hold down the shift key to draw a circle with a proper size in the center of the arrow, and adjust the "Bevel and Engraving" attribute in its blending attribute to make it look more solid.

7. Then, use the "line tool" to draw a cross around the circle to represent the four directions of southeast, northwest and northwest.

8. Next, use the horizontal text tool to enter the words "southeast, northwest" at the four points of the cross.

9. Finally, draw two circles with the ellipse tool, as shown in the figure.
