The Education Bureau clearly stipulates that primary and secondary school teachers and in-service primary and secondary school teachers need to abide by the following provisions:

6. It is strictly forbidden for in-service primary and secondary school teachers to introduce students and provide relevant information for off-campus training institutions and others.

In violation of the above provisions of primary and secondary schools, depending on the seriousness of the case, the corresponding informed criticism, cancel the qualification of awards, revoke the honorary title and other penalties, and shall be investigated for school leadership responsibility and supervision responsibility of relevant departments.

For in-service primary and secondary school teachers who violate the above provisions, depending on the seriousness of the case, they shall be given criticism and education, admonishing conversation, ordered to check, informed criticism and even corresponding administrative sanctions.

(2) Strictly regulate the school-running behavior of off-campus training institutions, prohibit off-campus training institutions from organizing grade examinations and competitions for primary and secondary school students, prohibit providing training results to primary and secondary schools in various forms, prohibit carrying out publicity on students' further studies, resolutely investigate and deal with the behavior of linking the training results of off-campus training institutions with the enrollment of primary and secondary schools, and investigate the responsibilities of relevant schools, training institutions and relevant personnel according to law;

(3) Resolutely correct the bad behaviors such as "super-class teaching", "advanced teaching" and "intensive examination" in the subject training (mainly Chinese and mathematics) carried out by off-campus training institutions.
