Chapter II Training Plan Management

Article 5

Establish training plan preparation and filing system. The training plan is issued after public bidding, comparison and collective research by the association. The annual training plan should generally include the training name, object, time, place, number of participants, organizers, contractors, budget and other contents.

Article 6

Chapter III Training Content, Evaluation and Organization Management

Article 8

Article 11

Xx Taekwondo Association will establish and improve the training files of all referees, coaches and officials who have been promoted to the promotion level, and truthfully record the participation of all kinds of personnel in education and training. Training is an important reference for selection, assessment and grade promotion.

Article 12

Strengthen the construction of training institutions and training teams authorized by xx Taekwondo Association, and give play to the main channel role of training institutions recognized by xx Taekwondo Training Institute and other associations in training.

Article 13

Article 14

Article 15

Strengthen the discipline requirements of training work, and it is strictly forbidden to arrange public travel in the name of training; It is strictly forbidden to organize dinner in the name of training; It is strictly forbidden to organize high-consumption entertainment and fitness activities; It is forbidden to spend other expenses unrelated to training; High-end suites shall not be arranged for training accommodation; No high-end dishes, no alcohol and tobacco are allowed in the training meal. Chapter IV Management of Training Funds

Article 16

To participate in various training courses organized by xx Taekwondo Association, you need to pay training fees. Training fees are charged according to different training courses, training teachers, content, location, time and other factors.

Article 17

Article 18

The term "training fees" as mentioned in these Measures refers to all expenses directly incurred in training, including teachers' fees, site energy fees, information fees, transportation fees and other expenses. The training fees paid by the trainees do not include the accommodation and meals of the trainees.

Article 19

When reimbursing training-related expenses, original detailed documents such as training notice, attendance sheet of actual trainees, lecture fee receipt, training service agreement and electronic settlement form shall be provided.

Chapter V Construction of Study Style and Supervision and Management

Article 21

Training institutions authorized by xx Taekwondo Association should adhere to strict management, improve rules and regulations, strengthen training discipline, strengthen their own teams, earnestly carry out teaching quality evaluation, and constantly improve training quality.

Article 22

All kinds of students participating in the study and training must have a correct attitude towards learning, establish a sense of learning, strictly abide by the provisions of study and training and honesty and self-discipline, concentrate on their studies and conscientiously complete the training tasks.

During the training period, students, teachers and students are not allowed to entertain each other with public funds. Teachers and students are not allowed to go out to participate in any form of banquets and entertainment activities that may affect the fair assessment. Students who violate the regulations will be criticized and educated according to the seriousness of the case until they drop out of school.

Article 23

During the training and study, if it is really necessary to ask for leave due to special circumstances, the students must strictly fulfill the procedures for asking for leave. Chapter VI Supervision and Inspection

Article 24

The provincial associations shall submit the implementation of the annual training plan (including the number of participants, targets, funds, training effects, etc.) to xx Taekwondo Association before the end of each year.

Article 25

The training institutions authorized by Xx Taekwondo Association should designate special personnel to track key training courses and strengthen the management and service for students.

Article 26

Xx Taekwondo Association shall supervise and inspect the training activities. The main contents include:

Article 27
