Second, we should be prepared for good health. Because living and working in a strange place is likely to cause discomfort because of acclimatization, so do more exercise before teaching and prepare some drugs for common diseases in case of emergency.

Third, we should know the location of the country we are going to from many aspects. Only in this way can we know ourselves and ourselves like a war, and we won't be too overwhelmed when we get home.

Fourth, properly prepare some simple and portable teaching tools. In this way, after arriving at the destination, even if the local conditions are limited, you can use your own tools to start teaching immediately without delay or waste of time.
