Transfer to the training department
In the workplace, promotion, lateral adjustment and job adjustment are all normal things. Because, both the growth of talents and the development of institutions need the orderly flow of talents.

First, when leaders talk to you about this matter, they usually think it over in advance and make a decision in their hearts. So, if you don't know whether this matter is good or bad, it's not easy to judge, then first show a good attitude on the spot, and you can't directly refute the leader's ideas, making the leader lose face and thinking that you don't unite with him and obey the organizational arrangement. Then, find a suitable reason on the spot, euphemistically say that you should think about it and give the leader a clear answer as soon as possible.

Second, we must seriously understand the true intentions of leaders. For example, because you really feel that only you are the most suitable person and need you to undertake this job and responsibility, or because the leaders value you and trust you, you should carefully examine your current work performance, make clear your relationship with the leaders, and make an objective judgment on whether you have all the conditions and factors for promotion in the unit, so as to know the real intention of the leaders.

Third, we should seriously think about the rhetoric of "going and not going". Once you have clearly analyzed the pros and cons of "going and not going" and made a decision, then you should seriously think about your rhetoric. For example, if you want to "go", you must make it clear to the leader, thank the leader for his trust, and resolutely obey the arrangement of the unit. However, you must try to put forward any ideas and requirements, otherwise "there will be no shops after this village", otherwise the effect may be different after a while. If you choose not to go, the most important thing is to think more about the reasons, but you can't say "I can't suffer by myself", "that company is not easy to do" or "I can't get along with that company", which will make the leaders feel that you are immature, disobedient to the overall situation, not easy to use, and easy to form a bad impression on you. After explaining the reasons, you should also pay close attention to your attitude, such as how to work hard in your current position, live up to the trust of the leaders, make new contributions to the career development of the unit, and let the leaders feel that your reasons are objective and close to them.
