What can I do in four months? What can you learn in four months? Can four months change a person's life? These are all questions that I have been thinking about before I came to Shanghai. Now that the four-month training has ended, I would like to share my feelings as a student who has successfully joined the job after four months of training.

First of all, I think the most important thing in these four months is not to acquire knowledge and skills, but to broaden my horizons and have a chance to change my thinking and concepts, including my outlook on life and values. I stimulated my interest in learning, set up correct and positive values, and got a correct understanding of my future. These are the most meaningful places in my participation in this training.

During the training, I will use the weekend time to get to know Shanghai, constantly increase my knowledge and broaden my horizons. Whenever I see neon flashing in the dark, I keep thinking, what can I prove my existence in this city? Only efforts, efforts with goals and directions. The height and accessibility of this direction depends entirely on what you can see. Your obstacle is limited vision.

When I entered the company, most of the knowledge and skills I came into contact with were self-taught. Because of the foundation laid by online training, any required skills can be decomposed into the most basic slow learning, and how far you can go depends on your self-learning ability.

During the four-month training and study, I learned about the whole knowledge system through what I learned, and then I was able to grasp the problems I encountered in my work and quickly know what knowledge to use to solve them, even if I encountered difficulties, I could solve them independently. During the training, the teacher always mentioned in class that students nowadays lack the ability of "deep learning" because most of their spare time is spent on mobile phones, brushing Weibo, chatting on QQ, WeChat and visiting Taobao. If a person does not have a deep learning process, then all understanding is incomplete and he can't really master knowledge. So calm down and study deeply, and you will gain far more than superficial knowledge.

"Do what you like, and then make money by the way" is what the interviewer said to me when I was interviewing in a company.

I've been thinking about this sentence since I got back. I have seen many so-called "chicken soup for the soul" of successful people. In fact, when I think about it, most of them didn't expect that they would make a lot of money in the future before they succeeded. They worked hard to do what they wanted to do, and then made a lot of money by the way.

After this concept is deeply rooted in my mind, I think more about how to do my present job better every day, improve myself in all directions, find more things to learn outside of work, find out what I want to do and what I like to do, and then do it well bit by bit.

I used to think that even if I graduated and lost my job, I was inevitably anxious. Now I find that graduation is the beginning of a new chapter in my life and the beginning of my life in glory road. Although I haven't graduated yet.
